Welcome to Endless Summer, your beachfront haven in historic Pismo Beach. Just steps from the best surfing spots, golden sands, top-notch restaurants, and renowned wineries. You're also close to the iconic Pismo Pier and charming shops.

Step inside, and you'll find a unique blend of beach-inspired decor and classic California style. Hardwood floors, terra cotta tiles, granite counters, and high-end finishes create an elegant atmosphere. Plus, the multi-level layout offers breathtaking mountain and ocean views from the rooftop deck.

For those seeking extra privacy, there's a separate casita on the ground floor, complete with a queen bed, a mini-kitchenette, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the main living areas are accessible, with a spacious open floor plan that makes it easy to move around.

The living room features a large couch, with a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for lounging and watching TV. The well-appointed kitchen boasts gourmet appliances, quartz countertops, and ample supplies for cooking and serving. An oversized rustic table seats eight, and there's extra seating at the kitchen bar.

After a day at the beach or exploring local wineries, your cozy suites on the second floor await. Each room is adorned with crisp linens, plush pillows, and luxurious toiletries. The second floor also hosts a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a laundry facility with full size washer and dryer.

Now, the grand finale awaits on the third level – a rooftop oasis with stunning mountain and ocean views. Fire up the natural gas BBQ, dine at the spacious teak table, or unwind in one of the six Adirondak chairs that surrounds the fire table. Embrace Pismo Beach's year-round sunshine and gentle ocean breezes for a truly endless summer.

Keep in mind, our condo's layout isn't suitable for guests with limited mobility, but we've got a handy baby gate to keep the little ones safe from the stairs. The garage can fit two cars and offers an electric car charger, NEMA 14-50 receptacle (MAX 32 amps). As for pets, they'll have to stay home.

  We had such a wonderful stay! We loved having our Thanksgiving feast on the rooftop overlooking the ocean, and the house was set up perfectly. We had plenty of room for the six of us who stayed there plus our 2 kids who joined us every day. The kitchen had everything we needed to help finish the feast that we started elsewhere. The home is lovely and warm, and we enjoyed our several walks to the beach! Would definitely stay there again.

  The condo was beautiful, with plenty of space, clean, rooftop fire pit was the perfect spot for evenings. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. I'm giving this lower stars because the company itself is terrible with communication. Three emails and 3 weeks later, they have still not replied to my concern. They are very hard to get a hold of.

  We were 3 adult couples celebrating a birthday while visiting kids attending school at Cal Poly. Had a great wine tasting weekend. Condo was minutes from the main road to vineyards in Edna valley, and we managed to hit 5 tastings in 2 days and enjoyed all. The rooftop deck and fire pit were used every night and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything in the place was as advertised. It looks like a model home in the photos and is the same in person. We never really used anything in the kitchen to cook, or the laundry, but it is there if you need it. Beds were comfortable, caught a football game on TV and all channels are available. Nice place to just hang out before heading out for the day. All in all a very nice stay.

  Condo was very nice and well-appointed. There were some minor issues but overall we enjoyed it and felt it was a good value. Good customer service but staff not completely trained. Rooftop umbrella was hollow metal construction and was destroyed after a windy afternoon, and while we were not charged, I don't understand why a wooden version wasn't used instead. Some appliances fussy or not functional eg gas stove and AC. But these were minor. Neighbors got upset at our disco music after 10PM and complained twice. So soundproofing not great but again not a dealbreaker. All in all I would give it a B, maybe B+.

  Extremely pleased with this rental! Fantastic property in a great location! Comfortable, spacious and clean! The rooftop at sunset is second only (maybe) to a spot on the beach (but the rooftop is much more comfortable). The garage is an added bonus that you don’t normally get and the ability to store your belongings + vehicle in a safe place is a nice plus for this location! There are LOTS of stairs so if mobility is an issue please take that into consideration (it’s a great workout though). The location is hard to beat! Walkable to just about everything you could want or need including the beach, pier, restaurants and shops. Seven Sisters does it right! All the info you need is sent to you in advance and check-in & checking out is quick and easy. Looking forward to staying here again sometime soon.

  We were fortunate to reserve this condo at the last minute, thanks to a cancellation. What a fantastic place. The location is great - just a few blocks to the beach and everything the town has to offer. We never moved the car once we got there.

  The residence was wonderful. Lots of space for family gatherings - meals and game time. Kitchen was perfect for family meals. Large grill as well.
  The roof patio alone is worth the price of admission. The rooms were great, especially the master bedroom & bath. The casita allows for extra space for the older kids. Great location with many places to go - very close to a walk on the beach. Great restaurants nearby - Klondike's Pizza in AG and Mo's SmokeHouse BBQ. Scorpion Coffee shop is a must. SSVR was very helpful and responsive to emails. Check in and check out were very easy.

  My family in California and I (Texas) meet every year in Pismo Beach in February. This year the weather was beautiful and our “endless summer” vacation rental was too! The casita was perfect for just me! I loved the openness to the living area and the beautiful kitchen where the whole family could enjoy meals around the table, play games, etc. the upstairs patio made the Pismo sunsets even more fun!   This condo was just as described, and perfect for our family get together at graduation. We were able to escape the heat of SLO for the cool sunshine in Pismo, so the rooftop patio was our favorite place.
  The furnishings were top-notch, the appliances very fun to cook with, and other amenities very well thought out. The hostess even made sure I had a needed crock pot!
  This was obviously a new condo, and it was exceptionally well-maintained. We loved walking to the beach and downtown for the car show. So many restaurants, bars and coffee shops to choose from!
  I would rent this home again, and look forward to it.

  I stayed at this beautiful vacation home with 5 other friends on the July 4th weekend. We drove out to Pismo late Friday night and arrived late (2AM~). We had some problem with the combination lock that prevented us from entering the house. However, Terri helped us as soon as she became available. We were even compensated for the inconvenience we had endured. Terri is very friendly and easy to work with. The house offered a beautiful view of the ocean and its surrounding area. The house is well equipped with daily necessaries. Everything were brand new. The interior is beautifully designed. Overall, its a great experience and I will definitely recommend friends and family to rent a place from Terri again.
