Surf In, Surf Out is a family favorite condo! Located in the heart of Avila Beach and steps to warm white sands. Courtyard at Avila showcases award winning architecture with lovely hillside views. Private patio area within gated courtyard. Just steps to the sandy beach, restaurants, golf course, bike path, etc. All the benefits of beach life steps from your front door...surf boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, boating. Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The condo is directly off the garage elevator, located on a private and quiet end of the courtyard.

The condo has three private sleeping rooms: The master suite (king bed) with ensuite bathroom; bedroom 2 (queen bed); and the loft area. In the loft is a queen bed, 2 twins, and 1 twin sleeper sofa. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Total beds is 7. Sleeps 11 guests. 2 bathrooms downstairs.

There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements. The main living area and second bedroom is handicap accessible. There are three steps leading to the master suite. Please reference the photos to determine suitability and ease of mobility.

The location and the house was perfect all around . It was beautifully decorated, restful, clean. Everything we could have hoped for. It was the best spot to create memories.

  Beautiful townhouse, furnished tastefully and comfortably. Location is really wonderful - so close to the beach and the restaurants. Road noise was not an issue, plenty of parking (in a parking garage below the building). We arrived very late and unfortunately our front door lock decided it didn't want to work. Management was able to send someone out within 15 minutes to fix the lock and get us in and also bring us beach towels! The office is in the same building complex as the townhouse. Plenty of space inside with lots of beds. Might not be the best layout for little kids though. Beds are up in a loft at the top of a spiral staircase. 2nd bedroom has a door to the outside. Nicely outfitted big kitchen with table. Master bedroom has lots of room. Definitely would stay here again.

  A fantastic location, half block to beach! Very clean, wonderfully decorated, all top of the line appliances, bathrooms fully stocked and, could use a third bathroom for a large group. We had 9 and a tenth for an overnight, but everyone was comfortable and not crowded at all. Nice beds and even the pull outs were super comfortable. The upstairs loft held three 20-somethings, and a mom and 5 year old with plenty of room and privacy. The kitchen was a little crowded at meal time with 3 people cooking, but we managed just fine. Dish and glass ware were very nice and there was a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, glass and cookware that easily worked for large meals. We were able to bake and cook some wonderful meals. Small grocery store less than a block away for milk, ice cream and some staples that were needed. The bar-b-que was charcoal but we were able to get the steaks cooked just right. Definitely a very good rental with everything you need for a beach vacation!! We will return!!

  Seven sisters is always so easy to work with. The check in and check out process was easy and seamless. We did have an issue with a battery in the carbon monoxide detector and seven sisters was there within 10 minutes to get handled. The fridge ice maker doesn’t work and some of the windows and blinds were also broken as was the fan in the living room so that was bummers but over all it was great.

  I would highly recommend Surf In Surf Out for a getaway to the Central Coast and Avila Beach! The property was very clean, upgraded and so close to downtown and beach. You are literally a half block to the beach. There is a wine tasting room right outside the courtyard! This is a great location for a family reunion. We were in Surf In Surf Out and also Beach Happy. Both places were super comfortable and everyone had there own space. I'm telling all my friends! We will definitely be back!

The lovely condo was perfect for this as it accomodated the younger ones up in the loft while the adults stayed downstairs.   We loved our stay at this condo. The place is located just a few steps from the beach which made the whole vacation a breeze. It is immaculately clean and well stocked. Beds are super comfy. Important to note that the third bedroom is in a loft up a windy set up stairs with no door we had little kids with us and made it work but a grown up had to sleep upstairs with the kiddos. Also there’s no AC not a big deal but just a heads up. We would for sure stay here again! Communication with host was great.

  Surf In Surf Out is the perfect beach home to stay in for families. It is roomy and luxurious, but very comfortable at the same time. The patio, table, and weber grill are perfect additions for outdoor dinning. It is important to note that the upper floor, although spacious, is a loft without doors and it does not have a bathroom. The stairs are quite steep but fine for children older then 5. It is important to also know that there are other rentals that share the courtyard so privacy is limited. It is just steps away from the beach and restaurants. Seven sisters are always available and gracious. I would not hesitate to stay in this beautiful home again.

  We had two units, one unit's washing machine was broken and we were not informed of this when we checked in. Only after we ran it for an hour and called were we told it was broken and one unit had a window blind that was broken. We were told the bathroom ability to lock the door when in use was removed.   We rented 3 of the condos for our recent family reunion. We ended up only having 5 people stay in each condo, which really gave us the room to spread out. The condos were all very clean upon arrival. We requested an early check in on at least one of the condos, so that we could unload vehicles and go grocery shopping for the group. We were pleasantly surprised with 2 out of 3 units being ready early. We loved our stay in Avila Beach. It is in a prime location, 1/2 block from the beach. We loved the Friday night farmers market - great food! The condos were private, great breeze all day long if you open the windows! We highly recommend a whale watching cruise with Captain Mark with Central Coast Whale Watching. He was spectacular and gave us the trip of a lifetime! Saw a whale breach 10 times, including 20 ft. in front of our boat. We also saw Hearst Castle, Pismo Beach, and Morro Bay. We would go again tomorrow.Thank you Seven Sisters for making our stay so great!

  Great condo in a fabulous location! Two families (10 total) stayed for a week and loved the condo and the location - plenty of shops, restaurants, bike rentals and the beach all within one block. The kids didn't even have to cross a street to get to any of it. Avila is wonderful, and we were close to activities in SLO and Pismo.

  This unit was spotless and spacious. The beds were all in great shape. Checkin was a breeze. Great location that was truly walkable to the beach, cute shops, wine tasting rooms and restaurants. I would recommend it for a large family, several couples or as we were, a group of women getting together. We had some trouble with the TV remotes as there were a lot of remotes and the management team sent someone over to straighten it out very quickly. Better labels would help. A delightful stay.

  Surf In Surf Out was spacious, quiet and fun and you can't beat the location! The condo was clean, well furnished and the property manager was available and happy to answer any questions. The open loft was surprisingly quiet for those who went to bed early. The master closet was large enough for a port-crib and the bedroom #2 was the smallest but was fine. We didn't use the sofa bed but it would have been private enough. The kitchen isn't huge but worked well for 10 (6 adults, 4 children) people. We only wished that the outdoor table would seat would seat more. Being next to the elevator was not a problem. We loved this property and what it had to offer. The property managers are great!

  Trying to find a place to stay with three teenagers and their friends for a few days is not cheap or easy! Avila Beach was the perfect solution and this condo accommodated us beautifully!! The loft was perfect for the four girls. We were happy there was a portable fan to take up there because the loft was warm in July. The master suite was beautiful. The beds were medium comfy. We could walk anywhere in Avila in a few minutes. Loved running on the trail and Kraken coffee was amazing. Go there!!! We let them know about a few maintenance issues and they were very thankful. We received our entire deposit back about 2.5 weeks later. Great trip! Be sure to also visit the Avila Wine Tasting right near the pedestrian gate. We also loved having shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. So helpful! We did not get to check in early so plan what you can do on arrival day!

  Thirty-five family members descended on SLO for CAL Poly Graduation. Our family had two nieces getting degrees. As you can imagine, we had people staying all over the area. Well, I will say, we had the best place. The location is half a block from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants (no one driving home after a few). The home was clean, well supplied with ample room for our family of 10. Seven Sisters is easy to work with.
  
  Their mobile application was amazing to use. It provided information about the unit and the area. Best of all, you could share it with other guests so everyone had the codes, etc.
  
  While seemingly very expensive, it was a deal compared to the $600 a night other family members paid to stay in hotels. Being able to cook meals for ten instead of eating out every meal saved a fortune.
  
  I have only one minor complaint- for $900 a night they should trust you with using their gas barbecue.

  The condo was much bigger than it appeared in photos! It felt brand new and everything was very nice, including the furnishings. There was plenty of bedding and towels, which was great for the larger group that we had. It's also right next to the beach, which was the main reason we wanted to stay there. The interior courtyard was really cute and it was also secure with a pedestrian gate that had a code, so it felt very private. The keyless entry and two parking spaces was amazing and especially for our group so we didn't have to worry about parking and dealing with keys. I will definitely stay there again if I come back to Avila Beach!!

  This very pleasant condo was comfortable for two families of four each. It's helpful to know that 5 of the "beds" are in an open upstairs loft reached by a stylish circular stairway. Would not be good for people who need privacy or who have mobility issues (or small children) but was perfect for a bunch of older kids.
  
  Furniture and beds stylish and comfortable, and property generally in excellent condition.
  
  No views to speak of but it is a half-block from the beach and boardwalk, and yet quiet. We were there in winter, so didn't use the patio, which is part of a larger patio shared by a bunch of similar condos.
  
  Location is ideal for either just hanging out at the beach down the street, or accessing one of the numerous other beaches, tidepools, dunes, state parks, etc. nearby. And San Luis is 10 minutes away.

  The Surf In Surf Out condo was the perfect spot for our family. We were looking for a home away from home to celebrate our daughter's Cal Poly graduation and we found the perfect spot.   What a lovely place to stay! We had 6 ladies sharing this condo and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. It was perfectly situated so close to the beach and we could walk everywhere (beach, shops, wine tasting, Bob Jones Trail, bike rentals). It was terrific! My only complaint was that the kitchen chairs were not comfortable to sit in. They sunk down into the frame of the chair when you sat in it. Otherwise, it was great!

  You need to know your group to determine who stays in the loft area.
  The loft upstairs sleeps 4 - 5. A screen separates the double bed from the twins, which is a nice touch for added privacy.
  We tried to leave the windows open at night in the master bedroom, but the noise of cars driving by and people talking kept us awake. We closed the windows and turned on the fan and it was fine.
  The dining room chairs need more support, you sink way in. We used the pillows from the living room for added support.

  We took our parents and children to Avila during Christmas break. We have stayed in this complex before. Love it! Close to everything yet tucked away. This vacation rental was awesome! Very spacious for our guests and plenty of room to hang out between beach visits and shopping/dining. We will definitely stay here again. Everything at 75 San Miguel is newer and updated. The loft was really fun for the kids. We stayed upstairs with them in the loft (there are three beds upstairs) and my parents and my in-laws stayed in each of the bedrooms downstairs.
