Enjoy one of the old fisherman abodes of Avila past. Funky, not fancy, with some great outdoor space in a hard to beat location just one block from the beach.

This studio home has been updated to accommodate a comfortable stay but maintain its historic character. Come relax and enjoy a little piece of traditional Avila.

The Sun Shak was the perfect place for my husband and I. It was so close to the beach and the restaurants that we could run back and forth as we wanted throughout the day. The bikes were nice to have. The space works well for a couple or solo traveler.

The location is steps away from the beach. Great little place for a couple of days. It has a small shower and small kitchen with limited cooking utensils but we managed for 2 days. We spend most of our days out and about. We did enjoy the deck.

Great location was my priority & it is super. The unit could use some updating especially the kitchen from utensils, dishwater, knives, etc. A TV guide to channels is suggested. The weather was generally damp & cool & the heater has trouble keeping the room warm. A bathroom heat lamp would be great. The easy & free access to do laundry is a definite plus.
