Ideally located in the downtown district of Avila Beach, only one block from the sand and perfectly suited to enjoy the days and nights in Avila.

The bungalow has a kitchenette equipped with Keurig, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator.

Bungalow 4 has a private fire-pit area with seating for two guests, and an outside bistro table for dining.

Need more room, call Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals (Avila Beach) to add additional bungalows for friends and family.

There is 1 assigned parking space. There is an EV charger. Guest are welcome to enjoy the fire pits located in the common courtyard. Two beach cruisers and beach gear is available for guest use. The bungalow does have air conditioning. No pets are not permitted. No smoking within 20' of the building.

  Our stay in this cottage was very, very pleasant. The room is adorable and linens top notch! Bed super comfortable without being too soft and cushy. It’s location is great, at times we could hear the ocean waves. The hot water wasn’t working for our first couple of showers, so we called manager. She reset the tankless water heater and out next shower was nice and hot! I would highly recommend this vacation rental and definitely visit again!
