This beach charmer has a king bed and queen sleeper sofa, sleeps 4 guests. The king premium mattress is layered with soft premium linens for a restful night sleep. The renovated kitchen is equipped with cookware, dinnerware, dishes, and Keurig coffee maker.

There is access to a washer and dryer on the property.

The property does not have air conditioning. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom.

Beach gear and two beach cruisers upon request!

The beach house does not have air conditioning. No dogs are permitted on the property. Smoking is not permitted within 20' of the building.

  clean and charming. Really easy to get in. Clear instructions. On the day of checkout we could no longer see the text that gave the internet PW. It had changed to only checkout instructions. Luckily my boyfriend had written it down!

  Great, roomy, comfortable accommodations in the perfect location. One block from the beach, yet away from the activity and noise of Front Street. Bed was very comfy and the sitting area and kitchen were relaxing. I will definitely stay here again. Great communication from property management staff.
