Living Area
Large picture windows provide ocean views and an abundance of sunshine in the main living area. An 80 inch smart TV with Sonos surround sound brings cinema quality to your at-home movie nights. Light the gas fireplace for added allure.

A welcoming second living area is outfitted with a sleeper sofa and two armchairs.

Kitchen and Dining
Prepare gourmet meals in the state-of-the-art kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop with a griddle, a wine fridge, and a large pantry.

Bed and Bath
This home sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. Each bed is appointed with a comfy memory-foam mattress, fine cotton sheets, and cozy pillows and bedding. All bedrooms offer a large closet, luggage rack, and smart TV.

Sleep soundly on a California king bed in the spacious primary suite. The sparkling en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, a deep bathtub, and a walk-in shower.

The second suite offers a queen bed, a private patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom holds a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom has a full-size bed. A patio is attached to each bedroom.

There is a sleeper sofa (full-size) in the downstairs living room.

The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and a powder room provides added convenience.

Outdoor Area and Amenities
A standout feature of the home, the rooftop deck presents sprawling ocean views -- all the way from Oceano Dunes to Avila Beach! Soak up the sun on a chaise lounge or kick back around the gas fire pit at night. The sight and sound of the distant rolling waves will quickly lull you into vacation mode.

  If you have a large group wanting to stay in a really awesome “villa like” home, this is the one for you. We had 3 couples come and stay for a birthday celebration and there was more than enough room based on the layout of this home. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the Pismo Beach area.

  We went with friends 3 other couples house is really nice we really enjoyed it. The only problem we had was when we got there to unload our bags and bikes we got a text message right away along with a phone call about moving our trailer out of driveway immediately or law enforcement will be called. We understood we can not park in drive way but geez not even to just unload !!!
