Situated in charming Grover Beach, you'll love being within walking distance of great restaurants, Butterfly Park trails, and shopping. You're also just a short bike ride to downtown Pismo, Shell Beach, and Arroyo Grande. Venture out to tour a host of wineries in Edna Valley, and north to Paso Robles -- your adventure awaits you!

LIVING AREA
Large picture windows provide ocean views and an abundance of sunshine in the main living area. An 80 inch smart TV with Sonos surround sound brings cinema quality to your at-home movie nights. Light the gas fireplace for added allure.

A welcoming second living area is outfitted with a sleeper sofa and two armchairs.

KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare gourmet meals in the state-of-the-art kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop with a griddle, a wine fridge, and a large pantry.

Gather for festive meals around the table for six.

BED & BATH
This home sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. Each bed is appointed with a comfy memory-foam mattress, fine cotton sheets, and cozy pillows and bedding. All bedrooms offer a large closet, luggage rack, and smart TV.

Sleep soundly on a California king bed in the spacious primary suite. The sparkling en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, a deep bathtub, and a walk-in shower.

The second suite offers a queen bed, a private patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom holds a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom has a full-size bed. A patio is attached to each bedroom.

There is a sleeper sofa (full-size) in the downstairs living room.

The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and a powder room provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
A standout feature of the home, the rooftop deck presents sprawling ocean views -- all the way from Oceano Dunes to Avila Beach!
