The condo is three stories and features two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms plus a third bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. There are ocean views from the rooftop observation deck, 2 car attached garage.

At ground level is the two car garage and a bedroom. The ground level bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (shower/tub combo) and queen bed.

The living room, dining and kitchen space is on the second level. The living room has a large flat-panel HDTV, DVD player and digital cable service. Kick back in the oversize sofas (one makes into a queen sleeper sofa bed). The kitchen is a chef's delight well equipped with chef grade appliances to whip up taste morsels.

The master suite, on the third floor, has a king bed, TV with digital cable service and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The laundry center with a full size washer/dryer is also on the third floor.

A spiral staircase leads to the rooftop deck. From the rooftop deck you have big ocean, downtown and mountain views. The rooftop has a dining table for 4 guests.

There is parking for two autos in attached garage. Additional parking is available on neighboring public streets.

This property does not have air conditioning. No pets or smoking/vaping is permitted within 20' of the building.

The homeowner does have an exterior Ring doorbell camera located at the front door.

Due to HOA restrictions no exceptions can be made to the 4-night minimum. Inquire with the property manager, Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals about the free night promotion during shoulder seasons.

    Frank’s Awesome Beach House was the perfect place to spend the week with multiple generations of family. It was big enough and a great location for six adults (three couples) and two children and an infant.

    The home was in a very walkable area. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable.
