Included is a custom kitchen, Thermador commercial grade appliances and wine storage, Miele coffee bar, smart home technology offering power window coverings, complete A/V home sound system, zoned split system heating & A/C, 12' sliding tri-fold doors which expands the entire great room to the 180 degree ocean viewing deck.

A beautiful outdoor space for grilling and relaxing is right off the main area. And don't miss the hot tub on the rooftop! You certainly don't have to (you are on vacation!), but the gourmet kitchen will tempt you to stay in and cook while enjoying the view of the central coast mountains.

Wine tasting, biking and hiking trails, beach fun, excellent restaurants and coffee shops are all within just minutes of walking. A great park for kids with an adjoining basketball court is also close. The fall is a great time to visit for apple picking and tasting.

Day excursions to Hearst Castle or Big Sur are very doable, and will expose you to some of California's most stunning cliffs and secret beaches. Morro Bay, Cambria and San Simeon (where the elephant seals live) are all fun to explore.

It's just south of San Luis Obispo (SLO was voted one of the top 5 happiest cities) and nearby dozens of vineyards. SLO has the largest farmers market in California every Thursday night of the year, and Avila Beach has a lovely one each Friday night of the summer. Great shopping is all around as well as yummy seafood and all types of restaurants for every taste. If you like antiques, Arroyo Grande will delight you.

Kayaking in Shell Beach is a thrill as you paddle through caves and along the cliffs. Or, you may want to hike up Bishop's Peak or go whale watching, or deep sea fishing out of Morro Bay or San Luis Bay (near Avila Beach). Several public golf courses are nearby.

Or, you may want to just grab the beach chairs, towels and umbrella and walk down to the beach and read a good book. The options are really endless.

All of your basics will be provided. If you're renting for a week and would like a mid week cleaning that can be arranged upon request. We also have connections with a great home chef if you'd enjoy some in home gourmet food.

Included in the rental rate is access to the hot tub. Should the hot tub malfunction and not be available during the guest's stay, the guest will be refunded $125 for the inconvenience.

  We spent 4 nights with my family to celebrate our 35th anniversary. Every day we went out to lunch and came back in the evenings to enjoy the sunset and a dinner with the ocean view. The kitchen is well appointed with an open comfortable design. The jacuzzi upstairs was relaxing as well. This is a perfect get away to relax and enjoy. We hope to return again someday.

  This stay was the most amazing, made in part by the SSVR staff and by the place itself. What a well decorated place with all of the amenities. Towels, kitchen ware, bedding, etc were top notch.   Very pretty upscale townhome, very clean, just as described. Wonderful bedding, gorgeous views, short but hilly walk to town, may be difficult for some ;television options not great, difficult to use if you didn't already subscribe to various apps.We would highly recommend overall-great quick support team.
