This beautiful ocean front luxury home will provide the perfect vacation for a quiet get away, or a fun packed adventure. Sea Gem is a 3-story townhome. Sea Gem has with ocean views from every room. There are 2 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, a large living space and two outdoor entertaining terraces.

A beautiful outdoor space for grilling and relaxing is right off the main area, and a second outdoor entertaining area on the upper terrace. You certainly don't have to (you are on vacation!), but the gourmet kitchen will tempt you to stay in and cook while enjoying the ocean views and our famous glowing Pismo Beach pink and blue sunsets.

Wine tasting, biking and hiking trails, beach fun, excellent restaurants and coffee shops are all within just minutes of walking. The fall is a great time to visit for apple picking and tasting.

Day excursions to Hearst Castle or Big Sur are very doable, and will expose you to some of California's most stunning cliffs and secret beaches. Morro Bay, Cambria and San Simeon (where the elephant seals live) are all fun to explore.

It's just south of San Luis Obispo (Slo was voted one of the top 5 happiest cities) and nearby dozens of vineyards. Slo has the largest farmers market in California every Thursday night of the year, and Avila Beach has a lovely one each Friday night of the summer. Great shopping is all around as well as yummy seafood and all types of restaurants for every taste. If you like antiques, Arroyo Grande will delight you.

Kayaking in Shell Beach is a thrill as you paddle through caves and along the cliffs. Or, you may want to hike up Bishop's Peak or go whale watching, or deep sea fishing out of Morro Bay or San Luis Bay (near Avila Beach). Several public golf courses are nearby.

Or, you may want to just grab the beach chairs, towels and umbrella and walk down to the beach and read a good book. The options are really endless.

All of your basics will be provided. If you're renting for a week and would like a mid week cleaning that can be arranged upon request. We also have connections with a great home chef if you'd enjoy some in home gourmet food.

More: Bedrooms located on second level. Master ensuite has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a bunk-bed setup (top bunk is a twin, bottom bunk is a full and twin trundle pull-out bed).

Primary living areas are on the third level. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

Outdoor entertaining spaces are on the third level (just off the living area) and fourth level rooftop terrace. A natural gas BBQ is on the terrace just off the kitchen. Ample seating and a fire table is located on the upper terrace.

There is a 2 car garage. Additional parking on the street.

  2nd time we have rented this condo. Two Years in a row. Nice layout. Great location. Great views except for the palm tree at a house vacation rental (1240 Cypress) with mostly dead palm fronds. Causes the need to photo shop many pictures. Please get this tree trimmed or else we may not rent again next year. Unit clean. Had many barking dogs at surrounding home rentals until 10PM first night but that was only a problem the first of 5 nights. So overall good but will consider other rentals next year.

  This townhouse was an excellent vacation rental for Pismo Beach. Great location, great views, very nice accommodations, close to Beach, quiet. Well be back. 7 sisters very nice people. A minor nit pick, have neighbors trim palm tree with dead frowns so pictures are then perfect.
