Walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. This home offers an enclosed yard with privacy. New hardwood floors downstairs and granite countertops. This location is ideal for your stay on the Central Coast (including famous Pismo Beach Dunes and historic pier). Enjoy indoor/outdoor living with new outdoor furniture on the back deck with ocean views!

The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a double and single bed. Bedrooms are located on the second level.

The living room TV is a SmartTV. Internet and WiFi is provided. There is no cable channel lineup. Renters will need to access their favorite entertainment apps using their personal login account (ie, Netflix, Hulu).

Renter does not have access to the garage. Driveway (tandem parking) and street parking is available for max 2 autos.

Suitability: Family getaway. No smoking. 1 non-shedding dog, under 45 pounds will be considered. There is a non-refundable pet fee. The pet fee is $75/night, max $225.

Great location. Close to the beach. Only negative thought is that no AC in the unit. Portable AC would be great especially during the higher than normal heat in the area.

great stay except yard had not been mowed for more than a month which restricted use - rental company was great but owner was unresponsive to request to mow to make yard more useable & appealing - too expensive per night to not be able to access yard
