This 3-bed, 2.5-bath unit is bathed in natural light, offering stunning ocean vistas from the master suite. The beach condo has undergone a luxurious transformation. Enjoy community amenities like a pool, spa, clubhouse, and private beach access in this secure gated complex.

The beach house has high speed internet and a SmartTV in the living room. SmartTV apps are available for guests to access their favorite entertainment apps (such as, Netflix, Hulu). Guest will use their personal app accounts.

Suitability: Family getaway, couples retreat. No smoking. This home does not have AC. Max 2 autos. The primary living area is at ground level, bedrooms on 2nd level. The HOA heats the swimming pool starting Memorial Day thru Labor Day weekends, and the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. The spa is heated year round. The property owner will not guarantee pool or spa is operational during stay period.

  This was our second visit to this beautiful beach front rental. There is not one thing negative about this home. The location is next to the pier and downtown restaurants so no need to drive once you arrive. All of the furnishings and appliances are top of the line and the house is just immaculate. We are all ready planning our next vacation to this exceptional beach experience.

  We had both, a family and Friendsgiving experience with the friends we made while our son attended CalPoly for 5 years. It was wonderful to stay right on the beach since since I have a broken leg, and, could sit in the sun, staring at the ocean and watch my sons surf. One flew in from Montana and the other one drove down from the Bay Area. The youngest works in SLO. The Condo had everything we hoped it had. I would probably suggest adding 2 club chairs (or love seat) for more seating in main floor. A side chair for each smaller bed rooms & 2 additional side chairs would be useful for dining area as we had a dinner for 10 on 2 nights. I'm a designer, so I notice EVERYTHING. I would add a small chest of drawers in each bdrm's closet and a luggage rack or lower chest of drawers to place a suitcase on. Plus, grab bars would be good for at least one of the bathrooms upstairs. On the patio, I would add a long, narrow, outdoor counter-height bar table with 4 counter-height chairs. It would be nice to have breakfast and look at the surf. I am from Scandinavia, so I relish eating outdoors as long as I can - and, now, we are back in New England snow. The fire-pit was wonderful.   We celebrated my 50th in Pismo Beach and let me tell you it was so magical! We all fell in love with the area. This place is in the perfect location to see the beach, walk around Pismo and take in the views. Unbelievable!!

  This was our first time staying on the Central Coast and it was an amazing place for our family. Our kids are 10 and 7 and loved the sand. The beach was amazing- very long shelf so our kids could go far out and touch. Our in-laws came up for three nights as well and we had more than enough room for all 6 of us. GREAT property. Very spread out, felt calm, and the pool was perfect post ocean. If you want action it is literally steps away to the pier and tourists so best of both worlds. Highly recommend going into SLO- especially Thursday night for Farmers Market. GREAT food and fun. We also did the Bob Jones bike trail to Avila. Great six mile out and back trail, shaded most of the way. SLO, ATV in Pismo and Avila are all less than 15 minutes away.

  The property was even better than we expected. We loved being on the beach. The view is beautiful. The condo was clean and well stocked for everything we needed (so don’t overpack like I did.) We wanted to use the fire pit table on the deck and the propane tanks were empty. We called Seven Sisters and they delivered two tanks. The one thing we wondered is could the hot water tank temperature be increased some because it takes a long time to get hot water upstairs. We didn’t ask-but maybe we should have so we didn’t waste water. I would definitely recommend this property. We loved the beach, the pool and McLintock’s. The family renting next door to us asked who the the property manager was and when we said Seven Sisters they said they come to Pismo every year and Seven Sisters are the best property managers and their properties are top notch.
  Make sure to take the remotes to open the front gates with you because the codes don’t always work and that was not just our problem-other tenants had problems. If you use the remotes it works. The HOA probably needs to fix that. We enjoyed we could walk to so many places.

  Amazing rental. The view of the ocean right when you walk in is breathtaking. We had a 4 day family getaway and had the best time. The property is within walking distance to all the restaurants, stores and pier. I would definitely rent this property again and again.

  Perfect location, right on the beach and very close to town. Everything is brand new and beautifully decorated, with all that you could need on hand. We enjoyed sitting on the deck next to the fire pit at night. Property Managers were friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommend this little slice of heaven. We’ll be back!
