The condo is located just steps from the beach, pier, surfing, kayaking, surf & pier fishing, tasting rooms, boutique shopping, Avila Beach Golf Resort and the Bob Jones Trail. This condo is sure to be a hit with families or couples getaway.

The condo is located in The Courtyard Avila. The Courtyard at Avila is award winning architecture with lovely hillside views. Private patio area within gated courtyard. Just steps to the sandy beach, restaurants, golf course, bike path, etc. All the benefits of beach life steps from your front door...surf boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, cycling, boating. Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The condo is directly off the garage elevator. The condo located in the middle of courtyard, west side.

Sandcastle at Avila Courtyard is a two story condo. The beach house is comfortably decorated with neutral sandy beach décor with a splash of beach vibrancy. The condo features hardwood flooring and high-end finishes. An open floor plan unites the kitchen, dining and living areas.

The kitchen is exquisite with gourmet grade appliances and granite counter tops. The living room is equipped with a SmartTV for friends and family to gather around. Sliding doors can be opened from the dining room to a balcony to hear the sounds of nearby ocean waves.

Three bedroom upstairs, fitted with crisp white sheets and fluffy pillows, awaits you after a day at the beach or wine tasting from nearby wineries. Master suite has a king bed, bdrm2 has a queen bed, bdrm3 has two twin beds. This condo sleeps 6.

There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements, however, the main living area is handicap accessible.

    Stayed with my family which included our two kids- 5 and 11 months. Room for everyone to be comfortable and had the gear we needed for the baby- pack and play, high chair, baby gate. Hard to beat the location- basically across from the beach and shops/restaurants. We never touched our car once we got there- walked to everything. Only complaint was the grill was out of propane, we didn't notice til after hours and couldn't get ahold of someone to replace it. Cooked inside, which worked, just wasn't the plan. Would definitely stay here again.

    If you’re looking for a place walking distance to the beach this is it! The place is centrally located and very clean. Parking garage is a huge plus. Only note, two of the rooms backup to the back alley of Custom House so it’s quite noisy at night and early morning because of staff prepping for the day.

    Rental was very clean and comfortable. Would like instruction on how to use the tv's since we are not used to Ruku and steaming devices. In the paperwork that was sent it mentioned that beach towels were available on a first come basis. When we requested several beach towels they were all out. Several units were given at 6 towels. Suggestion would be to give less towels to units so that all units would be able to get at least 2-3 towels or purchase more towels and charge rentals for missing towels. Beach towels are cumbersome to take when traveling with food,kids and other vacation items.

    Stayed at Sandcastle for Cal Poly grad weekend. Close enough to campus for events, far enough not to get caught up in crowds. Condo was clean and generally quiet, except for some rowdier guests next door. Complex backs up to Mission Pizza and Custom House restaurants, so really convenient for dining and walking the beach. Parking is also a major plus, as Avila gets crowded during the day on weekends. No ocean or mountain views from the condo, and the back bedrooms can get dark. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and nice. Otherwise nicely appointed for meals and get togethers.

    The location was fabulous - right behind the restaurants on Front Street, just steps from the beach. Our trip happened to be at the coldest point in the winter. I would recommend that fellow winter travelers pack slippers as the tile floors are very cold and shoes are not allowed in the house. With slippers packed for our next trip, I would definitely rent this condo again. The dining area was a good space for everyone to sit and enjoy meals together. The gas fireplace and comfortable couch were thoroughly enjoyed by all.

    We loved our stay here. The location was
    excellent, just off the street, and so close to
    the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend
    Mission Pizza next door. Loved the gated, quiet
    courtyard. I felt safe letting my oldest
    daughter open the door and walk out while we
    were getting ready to head out the door. All
    the bedrooms are upstairs which was perfect
    for our family. My only complaint was that the
    back two bedrooms got pretty hot even with
    the window open frequently and fan on. But
    everything else was perfect. Kitchen
    amenities, cleanliness, layout, location. Loved it all!

    We were booked to spend a glorious 3 day weekend with my two best friends in Avila at one of their units. Tragically, one of the two friends was hospitalized about 10 days before the trip. Being that she was in ICU, I knew things were bad and the trip was doomed. I spoke with Kathleen and she was so kind and supportive. Terri responded by email and was also kind and accommodating.Our dear friend ended up dying about a week after the trip was scheduled to begin. We had trip insurance through Seven Sisters and I am now jumping through all of those hoops to recover the money. They use Generali/CSA which has been less than helpful and accommodating. Going back, I should've declined the insurance and purchased travel insurance separately through companies we've booked insurance with in the past. In times like these, you hope that these insurance companies will do the right thing, but I am going to have to work for it. Overall, Seven Sisters was kind and accommodating during a very painful time for us.The star ratings in my review wouldn't let me select n/a, so obviously, those aren't applicable as we never got to stay. Thank you!

    This is a wonderful place located just a block from the beach! We love the beautiful courtyard entrance and all the clean, spacious, and well-decorated rooms. The property managers were also so understanding when my dad got in a bike accident and let us check out an hour later, which we greatly appreciated. The only reason I gave a 4 star to the property's general condition is because we wished the filtered water to the fridge was turned on and that ice was ready to go in the ice trays so we could have ice water. Other than that, it was perfect!
