Located just three houses from the beach and downtown, this home is a quintessential beach house in the heart of Avila Beach. Restaurants, wine tasting rooms, coffee shops, and boutiques are all just steps away, while San Luis Obispo, Edna Valley, Pismo Beach, the Oceano Dunes, and Port San Luis are only a few miles away.

This luxury beach house is your home base for a relaxing escape, offering all the comforts you’d expect. The fully stocked kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and oven, wine fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, pantry, and a nearby balcony with a natural gas BBQ grill.

There are plenty of seating areas for sit-down meals, game nights, or catching up with friends and family. The dining room table seats six, the breakfast nook seats four, and the eat-in bar accommodates four more. This upscale condo features dark hardwood floors throughout and two ocean-view balconies—perfect for soaking in the scenery or grilling your favorite meal.

Unwind with a quiet night in on the cozy L-shaped sofa, which wraps around the gas fireplace and flatscreen TV. Enjoy cable channels, games, and WiFi, or convert the sofa into a queen sleeper for extra guests.

Your group will sleep comfortably in two spacious bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with a queen. The master bedroom includes a private balcony, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, closet, dresser, desk, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a beautiful chandelier, flatscreen TV, closet, and dresser. A second full bathroom is located between the living area and master suite and features a glass-enclosed shower with stylish subway tiles. A washer and dryer are also available for added convenience.

Avila Beach and the neighboring Central Coast towns offer so much to explore, from incredible restaurants to scenic adventures. Plus, the Edna Valley wineries and world-renowned Paso Robles wine country are just a 15–45 minute drive away.

Please note: this home does have stairs. You’ll enter at street level, then head upstairs to the bright and breezy living spaces and cozy bedrooms on the second floor.

  This was the most incredible home. I probably said 20 times how much I loved this place. Privately garage was stocked with beach supplies. Gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. Ocean view I was not expecting. Very comfortable beds and private AC units. I didn’t know the sofa turned into a bed, my son was so happy to not share a bed with his sister. This place is magical! Only small flaw is the master windows lights shine through at night and the sun in the morning, I struggled falling asleep and sleeping passed 6. That said I’d stay here again in an instant! I’ll just pack an eye mask. 7 sisters is the absolute best agency, we’ve never been disappointed

  This is a great space and we would love to stay here in the future. We have been vacationing in Avila Beach for the last 20 years.
  
  My only issue is the security deposit. It's now been 17 days since we left the property and we still do not have the $1,500 security deposit returned. Please note we paid this deposit when we booked in April - so a ton of time for them to hold on to the deposit and make interest off of it. It has taken 12 days for them to "send it to our bank" with a note that our bank would take another "10-14 days". With my initial credit card having been stolen, I still don't know when I'll receive my deposit back. I'm told they can only refund the original credit card and that my bank would figure out how to reimburse me. I'm still waiting.....

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely above the street 2bd 2ba condo with Cape Cod-style shutters on windows and doors, with wood floors throughout. Kitchen was just the right size with a nook area with table, plus counter seating as well. Furniture was high-end and comfy. Electronics worked well. Bedrooms were a good size with nice sized closets. Ck in and Ck out was easy. Garage would have easily fit 2 vehicles. 2 decks, one looking toward the street & beach; the other off the Master bedroom over the lovely corridor where you could stroll through numerous shops,etc. Would definitely stay here again. P.S. No real grocery store in Avila Beach. So, stock up in San Luis Obispo nearby. You will find an abundance of spices in the cupboards.
