The Bunkalow is designed and constructed with high quality re-purposed materials. The building boasts inspired rustic architecture, and custom steel windows and doors. The surrounding landscape and hardscape are peaceful and nurturing. The views and vibe are great and the property is ideally located in a rural setting between SLO and Avila Beach.

The Kitchen Garden (patios, garden, bbq and pizza oven) are always appreciated by our guests. The Bunkalow is a one bedroom (full, single beds) sleeps 3, SmartTV, ensuite bathroom with shower. Coffee bar is provided.

The Bunkalow has a portable AC unit to help take the temp down on those few warm SLO and Avila Beach days.

Need more space? The property has three structures for rental:
OutHouse - 2 bedrooms, futon in living room, sleeps 6
Mezzanine Loft - 1 bedroom, sleeps 2

*IMPORTANT:
1) See Ranch Camp is located in a high risk fire zone. ABSOLUTELY no smoking inside or outside the property or buildings. NO EXCEPTIONS ... breech of House Rules will result in eviction and no refund of unused nights.

2) Two ranch dogs have free range on the ranch. This is their home and any visiting dogs are not welcome. NO DOGS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

3) NO EVENTS or guest visitors permitted. Max 2 autos.
