Casa Alina consists of twin homes that can be rented separately or combined for larger group gatherings, each offering complete privacy with no shared common spaces. The twin homes can easily be joined by unlocking a privacy gate located on the main terrace. When open, guests can seamlessly walk between the homes. Alternatively, when renting Unit B alone, the privacy gate ensures a private patio experience.

Featuring three en-suite bedrooms, each equipped with a king bed, and two and a half bathrooms, this home offers a comfortable and luxurious stay. The main living space and kitchen are conveniently located at street level. The first master bedroom is also on street level, while the second master bedroom is situated on the second level, both with private bathrooms. The third bedroom and laundry center are located at ground level, adjacent to the garage. Guests of the third bedroom typically use the half-bathroom located off the living room.

Step outside to a beautiful private outdoor space, perfect for grilling and relaxation. While vacationing, you may not want to leave the comforts of this home, especially with its gourmet kitchen tempting you to cook while enjoying views of the central coast mountains.

    Avila Beach is paradise on it's own! Then being able to stay in a wonderful and comfortable space a short walk to the beach makes Casa Alina GREAT! The home is very nice and well appointed.     Our stay at Casa Alina was great! Me, My husband, brother, our two kids and 5 grandkids ages 13 - 4. We all had plenty of room to spread out but
    there was plenty of room to gather together for dinner in dinning area and relaxing on the patio. The kitchen and bed rooms had everything we needed. Heading to the beach was an easy walk and made easier with the two beach wagons, chairs and towels all provided. We loved our relaxing stay.

    My family stayed in this house for a week during the Summer. It has a very nicely appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of space, and a short walk to the beach. There was also a nice outside shower to rinse the sand off from the beach before coming inside. The house was also exceptionally clean. The one time we had a question, Seven Sisters was wonderful and responsive. I have stayed in a lot of rental houses and Seven Sisters communication and the incredibly clean state of the house indicates that they are definitely an exceptional management company. We would definitely want to come back to this property in the future and would recommend it to friends.

    We had an amazing time in the Avila Beach area. My kids spent a couple of mornings at surf camp with Van Curaza Surf School. They were amazing with the kids and my kids had a wonderful time. We also went zip lining with Santa Margarita Adventures, horseback riding with Central Coast Trailrides and rented kayaks with Morro Bay Paddlesports. These were all really fun activities for the entire family and the outfitters were all really great.
