Pismo Shores Paradise #119 has been beautifully updated in neutral beach decor. Located in the popular family complex of Pismo Shores, this two-bedroom (2 king beds + full sleeper sofa), 1.5-bath unit is light and airy, offering stunning ocean views from the master suite. The beach condo has been completely remodeled for luxurious beach living. The Pismo Shores community features a swimming pool, spa, and clubhouse with a living room, kitchen, and game room. The complex is gated for optimal security and has private beach access.

Suitability: Family getaway, couples retreat. No smoking. One non-shedding dog (under 45 pounds) will be considered.

The owner will happily consider one small, non-shedding dog (under 45 pounds) who is housebroken and crated when left alone. A pet fee applies. No exceptions to this pet policy (sorry, retrievers and other larger, shedding breeds aren't the best fit). The non-refundable pet fee is $75 per night, with a max of $225.

Pricing covers up to 4 guests. If your group is larger, there will be a small extra charge per night for each additional guest.

The HOA heats the swimming pool a week before and after Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year, and from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The spa is heated year-round. The property owner cannot guarantee the pool or spa will be operational during your stay.

  Location was perfect, right in the heart of Pismo, super close to the beach and to boardwalk. Condo was clean and well-equipped with newer appliances. Layout was perfect for a family. Nice Weber Grill, although third burner did not light. Overall great experience! Prop Mgmt co communicated by text, which was very comvenient.

  We enjoyed our stay here. The location was walking distance to everything we did and the place was clean and comfortable. It did take awhile for management to answer questions, if at all sometimes. We did not have blankets for the pull out sofas, so bring extras. The fan in the master bedroom did not work as well and we needed to keep the windows open to keep it cool upstairs.

  A lovely 2 story close to the shore and downtown Pismo Beach. Great amenities, well stocked with everything you need to cook and good grocery stores a short drive away. Room in the cabinets for your food, great grill by the entry. In April we did need slippers on the cold tile floors. All the staff were great when we needed their help.

  This property is safe, impeccable and included all the comforts of home. Couldn’t help being drawn to the beach and pier since the views reminded you of how close they were. Plenty of dining options and close proximity to vineyards and Morro Bay. Will definitely recommend to anyone vacationing here or visiting Cal Poly.

  We were so happy to find a nice condo so close to the beach!! Seven Sisters answered all my questions before renting this condo. The location was perfect. The butterfly sanctuary is within walking distance and should not be missed. To mention a few stops, Morrow Bay (attended a jewelry class), Cambria, Seal Beach, the Avilla Barn for baked goods, fresh veges and fruits are just a short drive away. The condo had ample furniture that was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook, serve, and store leftovers. The linens were nice and plenty of them. So many places to eat within walking distance. Our favorites were Splash, Honeymoon Cafe and just outside the back gate, Old West Cinnamon Rolls. My suggestions would be to have extra toilet paper available. The windows needed cleaning on the inside. We love to work crosswords, do puzzles and play games and the dining table has no light directly above it. During our stay we did email the management company for information but received no reply from them. All these are so minor I almost hate to mention them. We would in a heart beat rent this condo again, maybe next December!!

  Walk out the gate from the property and your strolling on a beautiful beach! The location is hard to beat, especially since if you turn left instead of right to the beach, the best cinnamon roll in the world is a minute away! Bedrooms were so comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen with a great grill, and a great tv area. The property managers were great to us. (our small dog gives it 5 barks). Definitely a paradise ON the shore not just near!

  Updated decor with comfortable beds. Master bedroom was great with ocean views from the balcony. Fell asleep easily each night to the sounds of the ocean waves. Only disappointment was that we were only provided with one gate key, which was hard with having a family going different directions to the beach, pool and downtown (all which need a key). I emailed Seven Sisters to ask & was told
  that was all the owner provided. Disappointed! After our trip I was called by them and asked where the second key was.... What??? I had to remind them that I had emailed them at the beginning of my stay to request a second key! Very frustrating to say the least. Also, the condo was clean when we arrived, with the exception of finding a dirty pair of contact lens’ on the bathroom counter! Other than that the rental was great!
  The Seven Sisters staff member I spoke with in the phone was very polite.

  We stayed for a week in the Pismo Shores condo and had a wonderful time. The condo was thoroughly clean with very nice bedding. The kitchen was in good order as well with everything where I expeected but higher quality dinnerware, glasses,etc than I expected. Plenty of pots and pans and a few starter spices, etc. Shampoo, body soap. Safe parking in gated community. Everything was great and VERY clean. Its soo nice, I have already rented it for a vacation next year. Thank You for this pleasant surprise.

  Our stay at Pismo Shores Paradise was awesome! You can't beat the location -- just steps away from the beach, and a short walk to the Pier and all of the restaurants and shops. The property was spotless, upgraded, and so serene -- we could hear the waves crashing every night. Loved the complex, too, space to run around on the lawn, and enjoy a dip in the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back!
