From the front of the home, enter into an inviting second living area with comfortable seating and DirectTV to entertain children and guests. On this level is three bedrooms (the master ensuite is on the second level). Bedroom one has a bunk bed (full mattress on bottom, twin mattress on top). Bedrooms two and three have each have a queen bed. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan to for comfortable air flow. A full bathroom with tub/shower combination, laundry center and access to the garage are on this level. The garage is outfitted with gym weights and TV.

The main living area is on the second level. The open living space flows from the living room to kitchen and dining area. The main living room is spacious and has abundant natural light. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with dish ware, glassware, serving and cookware to cook and serve for family and friends. The kitchen has stainless steel chef grade appliances, gourmet breakfast bar/island, and granite countertops. Just off the living area is an intimate balcony that has mountain and ocean view. Just off the living area is an elegant master bedroom with a private balcony, huge walk in closet and spa like ensuite. The master ensuite has a large walk-in shower, jetted tub and double vanities.

Stairs off the dining area lead to a private roof deck. From the roof deck there are stunning mountain and ocean views. The roof deck entertaining area includes a wet bar, BBQ , fire pit (wood not provided), four Adirondak chairs, and a dining table for four .. dining under the stars awaits you!

    Our stay at Jo’s beach house was everything we expected. Our extended family wanted to get together, but for a family of 8, with adult, married children, it’s difficult To find vacation homes with enough bedrooms and bed configurations to accommodate couples and single teenagers. Jo’s was perfect. Everyone had their own room, there were enough bathrooms, and enough space for 8 adults. The house was clean and decently equipped in the kitchen. Plenty of toys in the garage too. Close to shops.

    Well maintained home, with all the necessities. Close proximity to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and easy access to wineries. Its hard to find a home in this area with 3+ bedrooms and this house was wonderful for our group.
