Avila Breeze is two short blocks from the beach (3 min walk). This luxury corner condo has 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, European chef grade appliances, stone countertops.

Entering the condo there is an en-suite bedroom. Up a flight of stairs to open space living. The second level is flooded with natural day light. The master en-suite is located just off the living room. Dining for six guests and a gourmet chef kitchen. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa. There is a half-bathroom just off the living room.

Up the spiral staircase to a rooftop entertaining deck. The roof deck has an electric BBQ and a casual seating area to enjoy Avila Beach views.

The second bedroom located on the ground level also has a queen bed. The second full bathroom is near bedroom two.

  We had a wonderful time is this beautiful VRBO. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved the location. Worked well for our two families.   This is a Beautiful rental for the area. It is within walking distance to the Beach, Stores, and Restaurants. Overall the our stay was Good. We had a few maintenance issues that required some assistance (heater and water leak), but that stuff happens. It is definitely worth taking a look at if staying in Avila.

  This condo was in immaculate shape and extremely clean. The airy feel of the living area with all of the surrounding windows gave this condo a feeling of comfort and relaxation. The rooftop, just off of the living area, was fantastic for relaxing and enjoying wine and cheese. The difference with this condo and the others I have rented in the nearby beach towns is the up-keep, the upgraded appliances and the organization of the kitchen. All utensils and cookware are available and in great condition. They say that it's all in the details and I would say that this place is defined as that. Just far enough away from the beach life, yet close enough to know that you're a 2 minute walk to the sand and activities. Avila Beach is a magical place and if you have the opportunity to visit and stay in this place, book it. It's worth the spend.

  This is a really nice and newly constructed condo in a great location. The place is beautiful, but there are problems here. The condo gets hit with the afternoon sun and on our last day it was hot in the 80s and the air conditioning didn't work. I rented this place for the a/c! Even the fans in there had glitches. One in the bedroom had only a slow speed and the one in the living room just had a high warp speed. The first night was chilly and we tried to flip on the fireplace and that didn't work. No big deal, it wasn't that cold. We also used a lot of dishes and the dishwasher wouldn't turn on. I went under the sink and it was unplugged. Seven Sisters are very responsive and nice, but by time this happened, my visit was coming to an end and there wasn't any time to take care of it. This is an expensive unit and for the money being charged, they should at least be checking that everything works in there. I would consider renting it again, but I'd call ahead to make sure that this stuff has been addressed.

The condo was very clean and exceeded my expectations in terms of the amenities it offered (e.g. wagon for beach toys, beach towels, toiletries).   I couldn't have asked for a better house to rent. The house was 2 short blocks from the beach, clean, modern, and had everything we needed for the perfect beach getaway. This house is equipped with all the amenities you need including beach chairs, sand toys and a wagon to haul everything. The master has a nice jacuzzi soaking tub and a rooftop deck with comfortable furniture. The house is well-appointed, luxurious all while still comfy and cozy.
  Seven Sisters rental company was great to work with-i accidentally screwed up on our reservation and emailed them late at night-I had an email 1st thing in the morning letting me know they were able to change our reservation easily.
