Welcome to CASA CHARO located in a quiet Shell Beach neighborhood. Beyond the white picket fence the vacation begins. The eclectic beach vibe starts when you enter the living room where you can enjoy your favorite shows on the large smart TV situated over the mantle, or just relax and read in front of the gas burning fire place. Owner will consider 1 SMALL dog (under 20 pounds, non-shedding)... sorry, no exceptions to pet guideline.

The house is full of natural light and has wood floors and tile throughout. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and big closets and two large bathrooms with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. One of the bathrooms serves as the laundry center with a Bosch washer and dryer for your convenience.

In the well-appointed gourmet kitchen, you can prepare dinner on the professional Wolf stove and enjoy it in the cozy dining room, or eat outside on the patio in the beautiful and rare large private backyard surrounded by lush greenery and quiet. If you’d prefer, you can use the natural gas grill or then again, why not eat out in one of the many neighborhood restaurants, several within walking distance.

The best is yet to come when you take a short walk to the corner and end up by the beautiful sea, overlooking an outstanding coast line and taking in unbelievable evening sunsets. Walking along the ocean front, you can stop and sit one of the many beach benches and just take it all in. It’s a favorite place to gather.

When you’re ready to pick up the pace, you will find the area full of wonderful wineries, parks, golf courses, farmers markets and activities designed to make your vacation a great one. It’s a no-brainer to make this your getaway place!

Suitability: Couples getaway, single story, off-street parking, steps to the walking path and beach. Occupancy is 2 guests for monthly rental. Owner will consider overnight guests, max house occupancy 4 with visiting overnight guests.

Pet Policy: Owner will consider 1 small dog, under 20 pounds, non-shedding. Disclosure of pet at booking is needed. Owner has right to approve or disapprove pet. Again, small dog under 20 pounds, no exceptions.

Smoking Policy: There is no smoking allowed at this property, including 20' of the building.

Strict City of Pismo Beach ordinance minimum 30+ night rental. Owner requires a refundable security deposit, property damage insurance and mid-month housecleaning and laundry service.

  We had a very nice stay at the Esparto property. it was an easy and scenic walk to the end of the street where we saw the ocean, birds, and otters amongst the waves we met several neighbors who are all very friendly. It was overall, a good visit. We only gave it four stars because we think there might be something wrong with the stove burners. They seem to leak a lot of flame. Also, the back screen door was broken when we got to the property and was never fixed. This was not a problem or at least not a big one. Any other concerns were taken care of very quickly.

  Having two bathrooms and plenty of closet space, made this Shell Beach house extra special. The only downside was the TV coverage. We had brought our fire stick in order to watch our programming only to find out there was no wat to access the back of the TV.
  The only programming available to us on their Roku was Netlix and Amazon.

  The space is very well thought out and convenient. Great backyard sitting and eating and the roses are definitely the healthiest; with stunning colors.

  We enjoyed a lovely time at the Casa Charo for the month of October. The proximity to the ocean and the restaurants/coffee shops was perfect. The home was cozy with the cutest decor. The backyard was immaculately kept and was a fun place to have meals or BBQ.

  A really nice, comfortable beach house. Very clean and well appointed, though the kitchen and storage space is small so silverware, glasses, kitchen items are a bit limited but will do.
  Location is ideal and Seven Sisters is very responsive to questions/needs. Plan to return next summer.

  Casa Charo was everything one might hope for on an extended vacation. The location was 1/2 block plus a bit more to have a panoramic view of the Pacific. The Park area was great for walking plus benches to enjoy the views of the ocean,cormorants, pelicans, few surfers and kayakers. A Juice Bar, sandwich shop, coffee shop & a few other restaurants all within easy walking. The Cass was neat as a pin. Everything we needed was available. Appliances were top notch, beds comfortable, couches fine. The patio with grill, furniture and slatted roof created more options. Really can’t say anything negative! The cleaning crew was amazing as everything was impeccable. Hope to return.

  I needed a place to "land" for 5 weeks after selling my home in Palm Springs. This little house went beyond meeting my expectations! By the time my stay was over I was so relaxed and rested after a hectic move. It's in a very safe neighborhood and walking distance to the cliff overlooking the ocean at the end of the street as well as great restaurants at the other end of the street. The sunsets from the cliff were nothing short of spectacular. I would definitely stay at this location in the future if the need ever arose.

  Perfect place to escape Seattle cold and rain and see a beautiful part of the country. We stayed for a month but wish we could stay forever. The house has everything we needed and was a great location for a short walk to the most beautiful sunset or up to town for some dining options or heading out for a bike ride or hike I’d highly recommend.
