A two car garage is accessible from the entry foyer, as well as the first level queen bedroom and en-suite full bathroom. Beach gear is in the garage (beach wagon, sand chairs, sand toys and beach towels).

The second level is a spacious open living area. The living room has comfortable furnishings, sleeper sofa (queen), TV, dining table for 6, beautiful kitchen with chef grade appliances, and a convenient half bath. From the living area are large sliding doors that open to a balcony with a gas BBQ grill and bistro set. The balcony, overlooking Wadsworth Ave, offers ocean and downtown views.

On the third floor the master bedroom welcomes you to relax with a luxury king bed, SmartTV and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom on this level features a queen bed and is next to the second full bath and laundry center. From the third level exit to the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck.

The roof-top deck offers sparkling ocean views, and breaking waves.

  This house is just as advertised. It is well set up and has everything you will need for a beach vacation. The kitchen is well appointed with all the necessities, much more than I have experienced at other rentals. It was very clean and the pictures were accurate. We had a great stay, its 2 minutes from the beach and downtown area we will stay here every time we come!

  We were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice place to stay. The home is a newer build and very clean. The location had many restaurants nearby to walk to. Golf courses are only 10 to 15 minutes away. Seven Sisters made it very easy and were very responsive. Prior to arrival, they determined there was a problem with the dishwasher. Seven Susters offered to send some
  Cleaning ladies to assist. I declined since we were eating out mostly. The gesture was highly appreciated. This is a great house for a family get-together. I will try to rent this next year.

  The condo was exactly what I expected. Walking distance to the downtown area was perfect. Parked the car when we got there and didn’t need it for getting to anything in town. The layout was perfect though could have used more couch space in the living room. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/bakeware etc...The condo was neat and clean. Great beach vibe! Quick response when we needed an issue addressed immediately. Great time, just wished for more sunshine!

  Our family rented the Pismo Good Life Beach House for Thanksgiving weekend. Great place by the beach. The Beach House was in great shape and had what we needed for making our Thanksgiving meal. It is a short walk to many restaurants and the Athletic club. Also a short drive to the Pismo Preserve and the Monarch Butterfly Grove. We had a great time!

  The home is renovated on the inside and very nice. The house was clean and did not look worn. We loved the layout and it gave us plenty of personal space for 6 people. It is close to the beach and downtown area which was great. The kitchen is fully stocked and it was nice to have beach towels and toys to use at the beach.

  We stayed here with three adults and two kids. The house is very clean and had ample sleeping space for everyone. I like the design of two bedrooms on the third story and one on the first story. Kept it quite as kids slept in. Easy walk to main Pismo area and beach. Overall, I recommend this location and would stay here again in the future.

  We had a great time at the Pismo beach house. It's the perfect location just a block from beach access. There are plenty of food options within walking distance as well. The house is great for families with plenty of room for everyone to spread out across the 3 floors. It's nice that beach towels, chairs and toys are provided so we didn't have to bring all of that with us. We had a great week and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Pismo!!

  We booked the house for 2 couples and 1 female guest. House was perfect for gatherings in the kitchen/family area (2nd level). Lots of room and small balcony. Each bedroom had very comfortable queen sized beds, and all but 1 had ceiling fans. The roof top deck was small but big enough for all 5 of us to sit and have drinks & dinner. Location was good, walking distance to downtown. The property is right across from Penny's restaurant where we went for breakfast. Our only negative complaints are no A/C (and it was warm), and there were no stand alone fans in the house. If you leave your windows open to allow a breeze, it's VERY loud outside in the evening (you can hear the freeway). I do sleep with earplugs, but I could still hear some of it.
