The soft sounds of the waves crashing and coastal breeze will quickly lull you into vacation mode. From the large patio take in panoramic beach and ocean views stretching from Avila Bay to Port San Luis. Surf, sand, boutique shops and dining are steps from your condo.

Access to the condo is from a secure private entrance on Front Street. Upon entering the foyer there is a shower area to wash away beach sand before entering the condo. Stored in the foyer are beach chairs and towels to use during your stay. Entrance to the condo is on the second level.

Through the front entrance, guest enter into an expansive open living space. The living room, dining and kitchen flow from one area to another, all with ocean views. The living room has generous group seating around a fireplace and large SmartTV programmed with basic channel lineup. Panoramic glass doors open to a large oceanfront patio equipped with outdoor heaters to warm the cooler coastal mornings and evenings. Year round al fresco dining is possible with Avila Beach tempered weather. Your chef will be pleased with the well-stocked kitchen, chef grade appliances, and patio BBQ center. Choose from inside dining or patio dining. Each dining table seats six guests.

The master en suite has a king size bed, SmartTV, writing desk, and dressers for clothes storage. The master suite opens to a private balcony with colorful Adirondack chairs for more personal space and quiet time. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity and grand walk-in shower.

Bedrooms two and three have king size beds with white fluffy linens. Each bedroom has a SmartTV and clothes storage. The nearby full bathroom serves the guest bedrooms.

Just off the living area is a half-bathroom. A full size laundry center is near the bedrooms. Bed linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is well-stocked with dish and glass ware, cookware, and pots and pans. The kitchen has a Keurig K-cup and coffee maker. The BBQ is natural gas. Beach towels and chairs are provided.

The condo has two dedicated parking spaces in the neighboring parking structure. No pets. No smoking. Max occupancy is 6.

Suitability: Oceanfront, beachfront, ideal for couples or family, second level condo over commercial retail. No smoking or vaping inside the condo or outside on the balcony, roof deck or front patio. No pets. Max occupancy is 6, no visiting guests that will exceed total 6 occupants. Keyless entry.

    We had a wonderful time at the property. The location cant be beat -- right on the beach, shops and restaurants were right there. IT is a lovely home. The kitchen could have been a little cleaner. But besides that it was great.

    We stayed in the Beach Front in Avila Beach with our daughter and her family. The condo is great, location perfect right across from the beach. Because of the pandemic we cooked in the condo most evenings and the kitchen is so well equipped we had everything we needed. Loved the balcony area overlooking the beach with BBQ dining table and comfy chairs. We would highly recommend this property.

    We spent 5 nights for a girls getaway. The property was as pictured. We had some minor issues and the property mgt. company was responsive and professional. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the property was very nice. One complaint: Included in the payment for the property was $200+ in housecleaning fees, so I found it annoying and inconvenient on checkout day to have to attend to the few housekeeping tasks they required.
