Beach Front in Avila - 370FRNT

The soft sounds of the waves crashing and coastal breeze will quickly lull you into vacation mode. From the large patio take in panoramic beach and ocean views stretching from Avila Bay to Port San Luis. Surf, sand, boutique shops and dining are steps from your condo.

Access to the condo is from a secure private entrance on Front Street. Upon entering the foyer there is a shower area to wash away beach sand before entering the condo. Stored in the foyer are beach chairs and towels to use during your stay. Entrance to the condo is on the second level.

Through the front entrance, guest enter into an expansive open living space. The living room, dining and kitchen flow from one area to another, all with ocean views. The living room has generous group seating around a fireplace and large SmartTV programmed with basic channel lineup. Panoramic glass doors open to a large oceanfront patio equipped with outdoor heaters to warm the cooler coastal mornings and evenings. Year round al fresco dining is possible with Avila Beach tempered weather. Your chef will be pleased with the well-stocked kitchen, chef grade appliances, and patio BBQ center. Choose from inside dining or patio dining. Each dining table seats six guests.

The master en suite has a king size bed, SmartTV, writing desk, and dressers for clothes storage. The master suite opens to a private balcony with colorful Adirondack chairs for more personal space and quiet time. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity and grand walk-in shower.

Bedrooms two and three have king size beds with white fluffy linens. Each bedroom has a SmartTV and clothes storage. The nearby full bathroom serves the guest bedrooms.

Just off the living area is a half-bathroom. A full size laundry center is near the bedrooms. Bed linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is well-stocked with dish and glass ware, cookware, and pots and pans. The kitchen has a Keurig K-cup and coffee maker. The BBQ is natural gas. Beach towels and chairs are provided.

The condo has two dedicated parking spaces in the neighboring parking structure. No pets. No smoking. The condo does have AC. Max occupancy is 6.

Suitability: Oceanfront, beachfront, ideal for couples or family, second level condo over commercial retail. No smoking or vaping inside the condo or outside on the balcony, roof deck or front patio. No pets. Max occupancy is 6, no visiting guests that will exceed total 6 occupants. Keyless entry.

  My family and I enjoyed an amazing stay at this wonderful property perfectly situated overlooking Avila beach. It is spacious, well appointed, luxurious- the bedding is fantastic and outfitted with everything you need. Further, they were incredibly responsive to even small needs and things that arose during our week there. We loved being able to enjoy the comfortable space, wonderful deck/balcony, having the beach right across the street. It is also the perfect location from which we took day trips- to Hearst Castle, Cambria, SLO, Solvang, Pismo beach. Plenty to see and do locally as well as enjoying doing absolutely nothing and just relaxing and having quality time together. Our kids, 10 and 15 loved it as well as my wife. Great hosts, soace and stay!!!!

  This property is so well maintained and clean. We’ve stayed here before and will continue to return. The location is perfect, right on the Main Street with shops and restaurants nearby. You also can’t beat the proximity to the beach. We loved sitting on the lanai, and with the heaters it didn’t matter what time of day it was, it was comfortable.

  The outside patio and location is awesome! We really enjoyed relaxing and looking at the ocean. It is also literally steps to the beach and little shops on the ground floor.   This location is so perfect, right on the beach with a view that is absolutely beautiful. The is home is fully furnished and has every item any guest could need, items for the entire family. The kitchen is stocked with appliances, utensils and more useful culinary items than we even have at home. It is kept very clean.
  Avila during the week is so quaint and tranquil. Weekend visitors bring a lively atmosphere that makes it also a location that is enjoyably lively.
  We loved not having to drive anywhere, Custom House and other restaurant on Front St. are just perfect for our dining needs. The little market has basics that were helpful and the atmosphere in the evening is so pleasant. We can’t wait to return as we have visited this home twice now.

  This rental was pretty nice. The location can not be beat. We have stayed in the Avila/Pismo area many times over the years and this is the ONLY place that makes it feel like you are on the beach from your balcony. That being said we did encounter a few minor issues: there were a few inoperable items including the fan/light in the master bathroom, the kitchen sink had a hard time staying on when the handle for water was lifted, the BBQ ignitor does not work making it dangerous to light, the family room fireplace does not work with the remote. Lastly there was trash left in the trash cans from the previous renter that ended up stinking up the entry way downstairs pretty badly. I think maintenance should go through the property and test all of the functions as well as empty trash between tenants.

  Overall, we loved the property. I didn't realize that so much needed info was in the email sent prior to our visit or some of our concerns would be answered beforehand. We however, were unhappy that the fireplace was not working. The kitchen sink faucet shuts off the water if you don't hold the faucet "just right" and that needs attention and that was frustrating.

  Condo was perfect, location incredible. Weather was chilly so we really enjoyed the patio heaters which let us enjoy being comfortable outside. Condo was extremely clean! Only complaint was the garbage really smelled up the entrance area, it was awful to walk by each time you entered the condo, but you couldn't smell anything once inside. They do have beach chairs available which would have been nice to have listed so we didn't have to pack our own. Everything else was wonderful!

  We spent 5 nights for a girls getaway. The property was as pictured. We had some minor issues and the property mgt. company was responsive and professional. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the property was very nice. One complaint: Included in the payment for the property was $200+ in housecleaning fees, so I found it annoying and inconvenient on checkout day to have to attend to the few housekeeping tasks they required.
