A Wave From It All - 280SM

Nestled against the mountain side in downtown Avila Beach, this custom designed home has ample space for multi-generational family gatherings. The home's unique floor plan design offers families flexible sleeping accommodations.

The home has an open great room floor plan. The great room has cathedral ceilings, wood cased windows, Shaker style cabinetry, Viking appliances, Quartzite slab counters, European Oak floors. The open living room, kitchen, and dining areas are on the second level. Sliding glass doors just off the kitchen open to front and rear dining and entertaining decks for fresh ocean breeze and panoramic mountain views. There is a third upper deck nestled among big oak trees that has picturesque harbor views. The home has several outdoor entertaining decks to host group gatherings, take in evening sunsets, BBQ taste morsels and relax after a day at the beach, riding or walking the Bob Jones trail, or wine tasting at our local Avila Beach tasting rooms.

The home has two master suites, three additional bedrooms for a total of 5 private sleeping areas, and a sleeper sofa (queen) in the living room. At ground level there is a master suite. This master suite is a studio suite just off the entry with a separate private side entry door, mini-kitchenette and full walk-in shower. The studio master suite has a king bed. The second and third bedrooms, also at ground level, both have queen beds. Up a flight of stairs to the second master suite and another small fifth bedroom. The second master suite (king bed) has a large walk-in shower and separate soaking bath tub. The fifth bedroom has a sleeper sofa (full), and ready for the kids to hook up their xBox.

The home is professionally landscaped. The outdoor decks are tucked into the hillside under 100 year old oak trees. There is an outdoor shower to wash away sandy feet and beach toys. There is an oversized garage with room for bike, kayak, surf board storage, plus additional auto parking in the driveway. The home has a full laundry center.

It doesn't get any better than having a brand new home two short blocks to the best beach on the Central Coast!

Disclosure: Owner keeps a personal vehicle in the garage. Guest will have 1 parking space in the garage. Two additional autos will fit in the driveway. Max 3 autos on the property.

  Our annual family holiday getaway took us to Avila Beach this year, and it was spectacular in every way. 'A Wave From It All' was perfect and pristine from the moment we arrived. Information and directions were clear cut, the house was wonderfully laid out for our party of 7 adults - with large comfortable bedrooms (great mattresses and black out shades), adequate sized open living / cooking / dining / gathering space on the upper level, airy patios, uncluttered, beautifully decorated, complete with all the basic necessities, and truly peaceful ambiance. The house is extremely well managed by Seven Sisters, who made every step simple and easy ... we could not have enjoyed a better time away. Walkability to the boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and beautiful beach/pier were 10 out of 10. We also loved simply home bodying it in the amazing house, and just as location, all agreed the house was totally a 10 out of 10 as well!! Thanks for a most memorable getaway ... We will surely return.

  Our group of two families has a wonderful time in this beautiful home. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, and our kids loved the beach toys (the cart and chairs were especially appreciated!). The location is a very short walk to the small downtown. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The abundance of high quality beach towels was another nice touch. Also, when we had an issue with the oven, the folks from Seven Sisters had someone out to the unit early the next morning.

  Great House..Clean. The location could not have been better as our group included 3 grandkids 2 year old. We could walk to the beach and they could come and go. I want this house...They big thing I would change if it was mine is I would have more seating in the family room area. There is one couch for 12 people. There is room for a sectional and maybe even a comfortable chair. We get together in the evening for movies and there was seating for 3 or 4. Had to use kitchen chairs.

My 5 girlfriends and I loved it and took advantage of all the provided beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella etc. the rooms were beautiful and the 2 decks made it extra comfortable.   We loved the house - it was a wonderful vacation away from home where we felt safe during the current pandemic. The house was better than we expected from the pictures - new, clean, nicely furnished and decorated. It was a quick walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants, local wineries just a short drive away. Only downside is it's close to the main road but the back porch was quiet.

  We had 6 adults and 6 children and we loved our stay at this property. The location is perfect; only 2 easy blocks from the beach and short walk from the trail. The house is beautiful with high end beds, linens, furniture, and kitchen appliances, including Weber BBQ. The rental manager provided us with 2 pack and plays and high chair too! This made our vacation easy and worry free. I would add that the management company is professional and a pleasure to work with. The property is brand new, so it's super clean and super beautiful. The kids played in the backyard for hours and we were able to clean all the kids in the outside shower so as to not drag sand into the house. We also had plenty of room for everyone as the design of the house is perfect for large groups.
