Inside you will find an extra large kitchen, oak wainscoting, and a working vintage stove. Master bedroom features two closets, one a walk in and French doors that lead to the patio. Living room has an original built-in book case, carved oak mantel with gas fireplace heater. Enjoy the breeze from the front porch swing!

    This property shows great pride of ownership and is meticulously maintained. The owners appear to be “foodies” as the kitchen has virtually everything. The attention to detail can be a bit overwhelming (even the knives have washing instruction labels), but the result is worth it. The location is an easy walking distance to many downtown locations, with the trade-off being some occasional extra noise in the front bedroom late on weekend nights.
    The management company was easy to work with, and a couple of minor missteps were promptly and efficiently addressed.
    I highly recommend for guests without rambunctious children, and would rent again.

    Let me start by saying that the price to rent this property is well worth it. No detail has been left out of this rental experience. In fact, you know the moment you walk in for the first time that you're actually a 'guest' in someone's home that is meticulous about making you feel at home in their home. There are just too many special 'touches' to mention, but suffice to say, if you're fortunate enough to stay here, you won't be disappointed. And the location is just perfect. We went days without using our car. Everything you need is within walking distance and our 3 1/2 month stay felt like the perfect weekend get away. It went by so(too) fast! We couldn't be more appreciative to the owners and Terri for making our stay so memorable. What a fabulous experience we had with your property and the management company. Worthy of the highest praise!
