Located across the street from the Avila Golf Resort, the home offers open concept living, coastal and hillside views. Avila Amore is designed with open living space in mind. The natural sunlight pours into the main living area and two sliding doors in the living room open to create a comfortable cross-breeze. The kitchen amenities include quartz stone slab countertops, and Thermador stainless steel appliances. Fine Room & Board modern furnishings throughout.

Also at the main level is a bedroom. The first bedroom on the main level has a comfy over-sized queen, memory-foam sleeper sofa (5" inches). There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination accessible to the bedroom just off the hallway.

Up a flight of stairs to a jr. suite and large master suite. The jr. suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Also on the second level is a grand master suite. The master suite has a king bed and roomy ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a double-sink vanity, soaking tub and roomy walk-in shower. Just off the master suite is another balcony with a glimpse of ocean and pier views. Open the sliding door to hear the sound of rolling waves and feel the gentle ocean breeze against your skin. The start to a perfect beach morning.

Bedding and linens are provided. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep and and entertaining. Propane grill located off the kitchen balcony. There is oak hardwood flooring throughout the home. Furnishings are from Room & Board with a light, airy beachy color pallet. There is a two car garage, plus driveway parking for 2 more autos. There is a Tesla wall charger (guest to provide adapters, as needed).

You will enter the home from a private drive (Beach Colony Drive) and this road leads to the beach and downtown area. The better picturesque views are on the backside of the house. With the private road below the balconies there is minimal pedestrian and auto noise in comparison to other Avila Beach locations.

- Minimum night stays based on seasonality.
- Max occupancy is 6. Pets are not allowed.
- Max 4 autos on property (2 in garage, 2 driveway)
- Home has Smart Tvs. There is no cable channel lineup. Guest are to use personal login for their favorite entertainment apps (ie, Netflix, YouTube TV)

7SVR properties utilize exterior security cameras for the protection of the property and safety of our homeowners, employees and guests.

  We loved our stay at Amore Avila! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was the 3rd bedroom. We saw 3 bedrooms and assumed (our fault) that it was 3 beds. It showed in the pictures a couch, which we should have realized. But it was not a great bed for our 2 teenagers that didn't want to share a bed to begin with. Also to note, if you park in the garage there are a lot of stairs to make it up to the bedrooms. And the shower in one room is a deep tub/shower, so if mobility is an issue, this might not be the place for you. But overall it was a great place and we would stay again, just with 4 people or a blow up to use instead of the pull out couch.

  Wonderfully decorated and newer home with many detailed comforts (sound machines and kitchen supplies). Also, the garage and two carport spaces are spacious and the road to them is gated. The beach was only a short walk. We wish the sofa bed was a regular bed. We used the sound machines which helped the street noise. Overall, a great place we would consider renting again.

  The house is very upgraded, and has everything you need to have a great vacation with family. The beach is very close, along with all the great restaurants!
  If you are a light sleeper, there are some great noise machines in the rooms that face the street. If you need groceries, get them ahead in SLO or Pismo Beach (or use a delivery service).

  Wanted to spend some time with our adult daughters visiting an area we have visited a few times when they were much younger. With another Covid surge projected we looked at house/condo rentals rather than our time share at San Luis Bay Inn. We were not disappointed. easy walk to the Beachfront and beach, easy commute to everything else on our "bucket" list. End unit was relatively quiet in off season. Well stocked kitchen allowed us to avoid most restaurants. Well stocked unit with board games, books and TVs. Well laid out for privacy. Would happily rent again!

  House was lovely! VERY clean!! High end furniture, Room and Board! I have a few of the items myself. My first impression walking into the house was wow, this is a lot smaller than the pictures! That was a huge disappointment. Not that we needed the space, but I LOVED how roomy the pictures looked. The front room was cozy. With that being said, the deck areas were large and spacious. The master bedroom was comfortable, slept well. The second bedroom upstairs bathroom was small. Looked much bigger in the pictures. Room for one person. You can definitely hear the traffic, trucks zooming down the street. I could hear them in the master when awake. The air conditioner was set way too high for us, so we always walked into a cold house. We set it much cooler for night, since we were not there during the day. No filters for the coffee machine, so we had to go buy them. They had some tea, but no coffee filters. We didn’t cook or bbq, so can’t help with if it was stocked. There is no front door key, so you can’t come in through the front door when at the beach. The back drive is secured, so you can’t short cut through the back secure gate if your at the beach. You have to go around to the side back door, down stairs, open combination lock, go into garage, up flight of stairs and open front door. Inconvenient, but not horrible. Lots of stairs, which didn’t bother me, but it was a bit tiring for my husband. Up 2 flights from the garage, then 2 to bedrooms. The downstairs bathroom had a large shower and was quite big. Wish the bathrooms were switched. I’d like to stay again, but my husband really didn’t like all the stairs.

  Seven Sisters had the house cleaned and welcoming. The house is well equipped with all you may need. Great kitchen. Location was important for us and we got it: close to the beach, within walking distance to restaurants and shops.; a short drive to the nearby towns.
  However, there are some factors that can’t be changed: the area is “high density”. Avila Beach Drive is a very transited street. The traffic noise at night keeps the guests in the upper front bedroom awake.
  Overall, it’s a good house. The management company does a great job.

  This was a very nice upscale finished condo. 2 adults and 2 little ones was good, especially with 3 bed rooms to spread the kids out so they don't wake each other. 3 stories incl garage. High chair available was huge bonus. Split stairs are a bit dangerous for kids but our 2.5 yr old followed directions so it was fine. Noise from street is difficult for naptime sleepers during day. Night time was fine assuming you can sleep with light white noisemakers. Would stay here again for $500/night. Water was cold but this ain't Cabo lol.

  This is the best rental home we have stayed in over the past 10 years. The kitchen is well stocked for those of us who prefer to cook in, the bathrooms are spacious and well designed, and the bedrooms are comfortable. You cannot beat the location: just a quick walk to the beach and the provided wagon was perfect! There is some street noise and if you're a light sleeper, I would recommend you bring ear plugs; white noise machines were provided and helped immensely at night. Would definitely recommend this house to our family and friends!

Great for a family of 5 - bike trails, jogging, golf, beach all walking distance. And, it's Avila Beach. As for the accommodations and host - can't say enough about how well we were taken care of.   Seven Sisters never disappoints. We have stayed at a few of their Avila Beach rentals and they are always wonderful! This particular home was extremely clean with beautiful furniture throughout. Kitchen is state of the art and bathrooms as well. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.
  You can hear the cars on the road in front of the house but they have noise machines that block the sound of it is a problem sleeping. They truly think of everything to make your stay pleasant.

  We had a lovely time in this rental. We walked the beach several times which is less than a 5 minute walk. The town of Avila is so nice. We played golf at Avila Golf course. The house was great with plenty of parking and amenities for our guests. The kids loved it because it was so close to the beach. And it is just right out of town from SLO, just a short drive for farmers market and the graduation. Thank you!

  The home is brand new and thus very clean. There is a large gourmet kitchen which was very nice for cooking for the family.
  
  The house is located a short distance from the beach and the Avila Beach business district. There is a nice farmers market on Thursday afternoon - evening. The San Luis Pier is only about a mile away. There is a gold course across the street. So it is a great location.
  
  The house is located on Avila Beach Drive which does get a lot of traffic. This is not a problem in the day, as we were out of the house. But there is a lot of traffic noise in the middle of the night and the early morning.
  
  The property manager was very helpful on the day we arrived. I was not able to locate the Key Code on the app, so she sent it to me via text right away.

    Thank you for your comments. We have installed white noise machines in each bedroom to help with evening road noise. The road noise is mostly generated from workers starting/ending their work shift in the evening. As the power plant nears their sunset date the traffic will likely decrease too.   This rental property was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and very well organized. It had everything. Two very large master suites with bathrooms and another good size room with very nice sofa pull out. Awesome kitchen. I can't say enough about Seven Sisters property management. I called around in a panic on a Saturday morning looking for a immediate rental property in the Pismo/Avila area after we were forced to vacate a different property due to some issues that had not been disclosed. It is next to impossible to get a nice rental property the "day of" but Terri of Seven Sisters called me back and worked with me over the phone, giving me information on this rental, and sending me the agreement to book it. Our experience was wonderful. I do recommend staying in this property. Close enough to walking to the beach and restaurants yet not right in the middle of everyone as some of them are. The only minor issue would be that it does have some traffic noise in the morning as the location is off of the street and across the golf course but not a deal breaker by any means as the property itself more than makes up for it. This was a great one! We will go back and we will definitely be using Seven Sisters again as they went above and beyond the usual service on a Saturday morning. Thanks so much!
