Pismo Awesome ... named appropriately for its awesome location, decor and views!. Our condo is a unique property in the heart of historic Pismo Beach. Pismo Awesome is just steps from Pismo Beach’s best surfing breaks, warm white sands, and award winning restaurants and wineries. Our condo is also conveniently located near the famous Pismo Pier and surrounding specialty shops. Visitors can experience all the benefits of beach life just a few steps from their front door.

This three-story condo is located at the back of the complex, end unit. Upon entering our our condo, you are instantly drawn to the spacious living areas filled with natural light. The condo features dark hardwood flooring, terra cotta pavers, granite counters, and high-end finishes throughout. The vertical nature of the condo allows for ocean, mountain and city views from the rooftop deck.

The casita, located at ground level, is a separate sleeping suite with mini-kitchenette. Discrete access to the casita provides additional privacy for guests desiring detached solitude. The casita suite has a queen bed fitted with fluffy crisp white linens, small refrigerator, microwave, full bathroom outfitted with toiletries, and TV. Up the flight of stairs, upon exiting the casita, is the main living areas; also with separate keyed access.

The living room, dining and kitchen areas are located on the first floor. Guests move from each living area to the next with ease with the condo’s open floor plan. The owner's selection of upscale furnishings and linens are in a soothing cream color palette. The kitchen has gourmet grade appliances, quartz counter tops, and is well stocked with cooking utensils and serving dishes. The kitchen table seats 6 plus a nearby high-top table with seating for 4.

Your suite awaits you after a day at the beach, or wine tasting at nearby wineries. The master suite and second bedroom are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed outfitted with crisp white sheets, TV, fluffy pillows and fine toiletries. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed outfitted with fine bedding. Adjacent to the third bedroom is a full bathroom, equipped with a tub/shower combination, and a full size laundry facility.

The third level is the condo’s grandest living space yet - rooftop living area with panoramic views of nearby mountains and oceanfront. Whip up your coastal cuisine on the natural gas BBQ center, or pull up a comfy chair at the dining table.

This condo is not handicap compliant. The condo is three stories, and stairs should be considered if traveling with a guest with limited mobility or small children. No day visitors that exceed stated occupancy. The secured garage offers parking for 2 automobiles. Pets are prohibited. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside or outside the condo.

  So much space, very nicely decorated and spotless, well-stocked kitchen, and the rooftop is great to watch sunsets. Walking distance from town and the beach, and having the garage to park 2 cars was so convenient. Our only hiccup was the icemaker in the fridge not working, but the agency provided us with a bag of ice which was more than enough for our stay. And the bed frame in the master bedroom creaks, but we could deal with it. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

  We had a family get together in Pismo Beach to celebrate a military retirement at Vandenberg SFB. The unit was super clean and located within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, etc. Good hiking and wineries were a short drive away. We definitely liked the rooftop deck and spent mornings having coffee and evening BBQs up there...awesome views. The place was well stocked, especially the kitchen. Plenty of space for everyone. Would not recommend it if you have anyone in your group that can't do stairs. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place.

  Seven Sisters was good to work with, and they addressed the problems we had expeditiously. The property is well maintained and is in a good location. Nice to be near Pismo and also not too far from CalPoly. Hiccups we experienced - first use of dryer, would automatically shut off within 5 minutes of starting. Seven Sisters had us try to move it out from the wall a small amount in case the vent was twisted. No luck - someone came to repair, but it never got fixed. We ended up hanging clothes up. Second hiccup, so many little ants in the downstairs rug. Didn't notice them until I rested my foot on the rug and felt them. Seven Sisters immediately send someone over to remove the rug, treat for ants, and cleaned the living room area. No ants after that. Last thing isn't a hiccup as much as a preference. The mattress in primary bedroom is too firm and should be replaced. In the grand scheme of things, these problems are/were fixable. Not only is the home well maintained, it had everything we needed. Again - you can't go wrong with Seven Sisters.

  After leaving, $160.00 was deducted from my damage deposit claiming a mattress was “soaked with urine”. This was not true and a disputed the claim, but was charged anyhow. Be aware because there is no recourse against a false claim.

  The location is perfect and the household items include everything you need in a home away from home. The only problem I had was working the dryer since it’s sensing was off because I tried to dry a load four times and still can out damp. I have been washing and drying my families clothes for many years so it’s not that I don’t know how to figure out the use. Also, the AC never cooled the house and we stayed while it was over 90 degrees during the day. There was only one thermostat and when put to “cool” and desired temp, the temperature never changed. Oh- and one BIG issue for me was no queen or king size bed in the master room! It was full size 😞 Property management was super responsive and helpful when I called regarding first entry and items for use.

  Our family had a wonderful time at the Pismo rental condo. The unit was in great condition and very close to the beach and many restaurants and other stores/attractions. the check in and check out process was seamless and we had no issues with the unit while we stayed.   The choice was two hotel rooms or this condo. Thank goodness I made the right choice. Lovely place to stay and we felt right at home. The 5 of us had plenty of room over 4 levels. The rooftop patio was a big hit. My 17 year old son loved the Casita privacy downstairs. One slight drawback was that the master bedroom had a queen bed instead of a king. The only other thing was that the neighborhood surrounding these buildings is somewhat rundown, but we did not feel unsafe. We hope to return - had a great experience.

  We rented Pismo Awesome for our daughters Cal Poly graduation. Location was great, unit was very spacious and well kept. My only complaint would be the rooftop deck...the space and views were awesome, but it was evident that it hadn't been cleaned in sometime. Spider webs on patio furniture and a few spills that had not been taken care of. Overall a beautiful unit, just disappointed that we didn't feel comfortable having our meals or evening cocktails on the rooftop.

  This feels like a brand new property - it is very clean and well decorated. It was so large that our 3 teenagers didn't even need to use the "casita" bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked with many items not typical in a rental - such as plastic containers, and bathroom and laundry had complementary family sized shampoo and detergent. This appears to be a rental only property, but does feel like a home. For example, one cupboard had board games. The rooftop patio looked fun but the weather didn't allow us to use it. There was a power outage due to a severe storm, and the property manager was proactive in communicating with us and made sure we were comfortable. We also liked the keyless entry, high speed internet, and private parking.

  Pismo Awesome is a well named condo. Our party of six was pleased with the decor and amenities of this centrally located condo. This property is VERY clean. The well-mapped kitchen offers high quality appliances as well as plenty of serving and cooking utensils. We found all four beds comfortable. The roof top patio is the perfect place to enjoy any part of your day.
  The professional staff was quick to respond when we called with a question.
  Restaurants and recreational activities are within walking distance. We parked our cars in the garage and left them there for our entire stay.
  Future guests might consider bringing a hair dryer and a blender.
