  Very nice location the property was clean. We love to cook breakfast make hash-browns and pancakes, and there was only stainless steel pots and pans and nonstick griddle would be great. A new cover for the small ironing board would be nice as well. Overall we had a great stay and loved the balcony right outside the kitchen.

  We loved this condo!! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The beds and linens and towels were all so comfortable and clean. What really made this place awesome was all of the conveniences: the washer/dryer, beach towels, beach toys, garage, two full baths and the perfectly stocked kitchen, just to name a few.   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! So close to the beach and all the cute shops and stores but was nice to be off the main road and the pedestrian traffic. The home itself is beautiful and bright. Lots of windows and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and it was so nice to be able to relax on the front porch or rooftop decks. Loved having a garage to park our car in! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only suggestion I would have is to have lamps on the nightstands by the bed. It would have been nice to be able to read in bed at night or relax without having the harsh overhead light on. If that small adjustment was made this house would be perfect.

  Everything in this home is top notch. The appliances are high end - the best I've ever seen in a rental. The home is stocked with nice towels, hangers and necessities in the bathrooms and kitchen.   Beachy Keen is an awesome place to stay for our kid-free getaway. Two couples travelled together and we enjoyed hanging out together on the front deck area, enjoying our drinks and meals in the nice dining area and playing some games together into the night.   We stayed at Beachy Keen with our son and daughter-in-law. We used it as "home base" as we toured the Central Coast. There's so much to do and when we returned to Beachy Keen, it was as if we were walking into our own personal home. The neighborhood was quiet, yet we were within walking distance to tasting rooms, breakfast places, and nightlife. We also enjoyed grilling from the rooftop deck. The bedrooms are situated so that everyone has privacy ... one is upstairs and one downstairs. The living area is very inviting and comfortable. We loved having the fireplaces to knock the chill off in the evenings. Having garage parking was the "cherry on top." No parking worries when you stay at Beachy Keen. Our family had a magnificent time, wished we could have stayed longer (as there is a lot to fill your days), and would highly recommend you stay at Beachy Keen if you are considering a trip to the Central Coast of California.

  The property was awesome - cute, super close to the beach. Seemed clean and well appointed and modern and fresh. Downside - the coffee pot didn't work, the carrot cake and pumpkin cake that looked like they were left out on the counter as a welcome were moldy (well the carrot cake was) and although we never watched tv, I was hoping for a dvd player for a movie night with the kids. per the instructions, we put out the trash and recyclables Wed night into the receptacles outside the garage, but they weren't taken out to the curb by a Seven Sisters person, as the paperwork said they'd be. The place is not big enough to sleep more than two couples or a family of four with one kid on the couch.

  The condo is located in a great location. Everything was clean and well equipped. My only complaint is the fact that it's not truly a two bedroom that can sleep for. The second bedroom is a sofa bed that maybe could sleep two children. It wasn't all that comfortable. I would highly suggest that the owners replace a sofa bed with the proper queen bed. It would truly make it more marketable in my opinion.

  We had a great week here. Property managment even went out of their way to print my child's homework out for me. Would recommend for any family of four to stay here. I do wish they would remove the plastic framed picture from above the fireplace. It does smell a little like burning plastic when the fireplace is used.

  Every thing about our stay in Avila Beach and this condo was wonderful! The condo is just as advertised and even more beautiful in person. Every amenity you can think of was made available to us. With 2 beautiful separate bedrooms and bathrooms and a very efficient Kitchen with top of the line appliances.
  A couple of things to mention though, I would have preferred to sleep in the downstairs bedroom which was more like the Master as it is a bigger room a much larger bathroom vanity area, but this room had a pull out sofa bed and would not have worked for my husband and his back. The front patio area was spacious and nice, but had no furniture for us to sit on, but we made do with the roof top area which is a great added bonus to this property. All in all a great stay and we would be happy to return to this Condo again in the future. Thank you.

It was clean and well maintained providing us a comfortable weekend getaway. Although the weather did not permit us to take advantage of the roof top space, we found it to be a wonderful addition to the unit. Loved having a deep tub in the downstairs bathroom. Overall the decor and amenities provided created a proper vacation experience! We would, and mostly will, return for another stay. Loved our experience and the food at the Custom House!
