Luxurious beach house located in the heart of Avila Beach. Beach Dreamer is located on a private drive and offers panoramic ocean and mountain views. Your favorite central coast activities are just a walk or bike ride away – make a splash at Avila Beach, tee off at Avila Beach Golf Resort, take a walk on Bob Jones Bike Trail, or sip on local wines while boutique shopping. 3,348 sf, sleeps 14.

The homeowner has graciously married beach décor with a soothing crisp color pallet. The great room, game room, dining and kitchen flow from one living space to the next in an open floor concept. Take your place on the oversized couches while watching TV, or pull up a lounge chair on one of the three exterior decks to soak up the warm Avila Beach sunshine.

Each of the three master suites are decorated with comfy pillow-top beds, and well stocked with plenty of fluffy white towels and toiletries. The larger of the master suites has a king bed, private patio, mini-kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. This master suite's bathroom includes a large vanity, double sinks, over-size shower, and soaking tub. The second master bedroom has a king bed, private balcony, and full bathroom suite. The third master suite has a king bed and joining master bathroom suite. The fourth bedroom functions as a bedroom and private office, and easily converts into an additional sleeping area with a pull down queen-size Murphy wall sleeper. Additional sleeping includes two (2) queen sleeper/sofas, one (1) twin/sleeper ottoman, one (1) twin/sleeper chair.

Just a quick drive to downtown SLO, Avila Beach has the most desirable weather in the country. Bob Jones Bike Trail, Sycamore Hot Springs, and Avila Barn are less than a mile from the beach house. Award winning restaurants, the Avila Bay Athletic Club (tennis and aerobic classes), and Avila Beach Golf Resort are just minutes away.

Beach Dreamer is not equipped to host weddings. No parties greater than 14 guests without prior disclosure and consent. This home has video security cameras positioned on exterior decks and entry doors.

  Everything was so nice at Beach Deeamer. So close to the beach. We tried to use the house for four couples, however, which was not ideal as the Murphy bed room is not set up for two adults. It would be better for a single or two children, as there is no room to maneuver and bath is downstairs. That said, we made it work and had a memorable stay.

  Terri was very helpful in choosing a property to rent. The only complaint I have is that the Murphy bed in the game room did not work. That left us short a bedroom. One of the couples slept on the pull out couch in the great room, which was very uncomfortable and inconvenient for the rest of us. If we had known this before we drove to Avila, we could have brought blow up mattresses or arranged to have another bed put in the room.

  We had a multi-generational family retreat in Avila Beach. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and restaurants and a great starting point for many walks. The house is in great condition with lots of special touches like a pool table upstairs, three separate decks, ping pong and pop-s-shot in the garage and lots of beach chairs, toys, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed and all the locations were labeled so it was easy to put things away. The outside shower was great so we could rinse off after the beach.

  This house is modern and fully equipped. Everything we needed was there and everything worked. It had plenty of room for 9. The bathrooms were large. Great showers (including the outdoor one downstairs. The patios, balconies were spacious. It is a short walk (2 minutes) to the beach, playground, restaurants, wine tasting rooms and brew pubs. Kids 4 and 7) loved it. Management was responsive when we we had a quest (turning on extra refrigerator).
  Avila Beach is a perfect spot for family vacation. Relaxed and near enough to Hearst Castle ((1 1/2 hour) and SLO wineries and SLO Costco (15 minutes).

Plenty of space for everyone, it was perfectly clean, had everything we needed and was a very quick walk into the cute little town of Avila. We only required assistance turning one thing on (overall it's a very high-tech house), and the management company was very helpful and responsive. We did not experience construction noise like other reviews have mentioned, but the house being built is certainly VERY close. In all, it was a wonderful stay. We would definitely return!

  This is our second stay at this house. The house is well appointed, clean and very convenient. The property management is fantastic, very responsive and professional. We were very disappointed to see the new construction in the lot right next door. It is a partial view obstruction for this house and made us feel a bit closed in as you can almost reach out and touch the house next door from the awesome deck of this house. We were not made aware that there was construction going on, luckily it rained most of the time we were there so they were unable to work. However 8 a.m. Monday morning the hammering started. I would have been upset had this gone on our entire stay. We really enjoy this house but may have to think twice before renting it next year based on the view obstruction and possible rental rate hike of the property.

In several communication emails to all guests booking Avila Beach Drive vacation rentals we do disclose the neighboring construction. The new construction is "change" in our neighborhood indeed. Fortunately the big ocean views from the three decks are not affected.

  Arriving on Christmas Eve, we were welcomed with a decorated Christmas Tree, Mantel decorations and the outside of the house decorated with festive lights and a beautiful Christmas card from the owners. The layout of the house was perfect with every amenity you would want on a Christmas vacation: high end cookware, plenty of wine glasses and dinnerware plus child size utensils, bowls & plates.
  The layout was perfect with a wonderful great room/kitchen and 3 very spacious & private Master Suites for the couples. The patio, barbecue, pool table & ping pong table kept us entertained along with us learning to use Alexa.
  The location is ideal with just a 5 minute walk to the beach, the town of Avila, the small Avila Aquarium, and the Bob Jones Trail that leads you right to Avila Barn for fresh fruit, veggies & baked goods.
  We had a wonderful time and would recommend this house to anyone who expects a high quality rental. This house is amazing & the organization and details of the property were very much appreciated.

  I came with some of my girlfriends for my bachelorette weekend and couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience! Not only were we pleased with the cleanliness of the house but also with how organized it was with directions on how to operate everything. The rooms and bathrooms are all very spacious with lovely walk in showers which everyone loved. Plenty of room for 11 girls to get ready. The view from the decks are beautiful and the close walk to the beach and other activities was perfect. It was also great to be able to park our cars in the large garage! I would highly recommend this home and I can’t wait to come back!

  We loved staying in this home for a family wedding weekend. The floor plan and arrangements of the bedrooms made it easy for all to have privacy and gather in the common rooms.   This rental was the perfect home to rent for our son's wedding. It was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the wedding venue at the golf course nearby. There were 9 of us staying and it worked perfect for this many people. The only glitch was that the 4th bathroom was located on a floor below for those sleeping in the 4th bedroom and sleeper sofa in the family room. Other than that, it was perfect. We especially liked the way everything was labeled in cupboards, closets, etc. so we knew exactly where everything went. The property management company was very prompt with any questions we had. We'd rent this home again if we're ever back in Avila Beach.

  Our experience was ok. We would not recommend this to our friends do to the deck of the blue house blocked our view of the ocean from the first deck. But, more importantly, the proximity of the house under construction to our rental infringed on our privacy.

  This house is fantastic and the service from Seven Sisters was superb. They have thought of every detail from labeling drawers and cabinets to posting explanations for how to use appliances and electronic equipment.
  Great location for a vacation rental property. Just a few blocks to the beach and plenty of parking in the garage. My family loved the decks on multiple levels with views to the ocean from the roof. The kitchen and living areas are spacious and perfect for entertaining.

  This home is beautiful with very nice furnishings. Pictures don't don't do the property justice. This home, however, is ideal for a max of three couples and possibly some children. We were a group of four couples and the fourth office/bedroom is not good for two adults. Room is very small with little room for two suitcases and bathroom for this bedroom is located downstairs. The other three bedrooms and bathroom are fabulous, however.

  The house was very comfortable with all 14 family members! Our 87 year old mother was with us so she stayed on the main floor which was the main gathering place anyway. Amenities were outstanding, and everything was well maintained. Very short walk to everything in Avila. The staff at Seven Sisters are outstanding. Terri and Stephanie were very responsive to any and all requests (even after departure when there were several forgotten items!). There is a nice view from the very top patio, other views are not as scenic (note the 4 star rating on location). We would definitely consider staying there again next year.

  Our family of 13 recently stayed at the home over the Labor Day weekend for a 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Here are a few of my thoughts.
  CONDITION: Upon entry, the home was immaculate. It really has that "wow" factor with the high ceilings and open/spacious floor plan. The house is essentially new with high-end Thermador appliances, quality and comfortable furnishings, and plenty of space for our family to spread out. There are multiple outdoor spaces to lounge and enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon sunset view. The welcome basket of breads from nearby Avila Valley Barn was a nice touch.
  AMENITIES: The property came fully stocked with ample supply of towels and linens, beach towels, and chairs. There are two BBQ grills. There are 2 Keurig-type coffee machines (bring your own K-cups) as well as a drip coffeemaker. We used everything!
  LOCATION: The property is less than 2 blocks from the beach and the shops/restaurants on the boardwalk. So we were basically oceanfront, but far enough from all the crowds on the boardwalk to enjoy our privacy. The ocean views from the multiple balconies on the property were idyllic. I read prior reviews commenting on its location on Avila Beach Drive. Honestly, with the doors and windows closed, we could not hear much at all.
  CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT PROCESS: I typically don't comment on the check-in process, but I have to say that having an app with all the necessary procedures laid out was a god-send. Check-in could not have been easier. There is also a handy binder on the kitchen counter with all the details and instructions for operating the smart TVs, appliances, etc. Check-out was also a breeze with the app.
  HICCUPS: We did experience a couple of issues during our stay, but both were superbly handled by management staff, namely ants and faulty air conditioner. Terri quickly sent contractors to fix the problems and even offered us an extra night as compensation. First class operation, all the way!

  We were looking for a place to celebrate our 50 years of marriage. We wanted to exclude our 3 sons and their families. Their children range in age from 8 - 13. We wanted somewhere that the adults as well as the children would enjoy. This was the perfect choice. It is a short walk to the beach and also just across the road from the beginning of a wonderful bike path. The house was beautiful, clean, and so well equipped. We couldn't have been more pleased.   We had a wonderful time! The house is in excellent condition. We had beautiful weather for our stay in December. We enjoyed the decks and even barbequed done night. We also received excellent customer service. Taylor was very helpful! The only downside was the traffic noise at night. I slept in the master bedroom on the bottom floor. It started about 4 am. We hope to come back again in the future. There was so much to do... biking, basketball, the beach, great restaurants. We had a blast!

  Came here for a low-key bachelorette with some girlfriends - this was the perfect place to come back to after some wine tasting and spa treatments! The kitchen is massive and the deck was an amazing place to eat dinner. The home is a "smart home" so everything is super techie and cool. The owner has also left little instructions for everything throughout the house, which really simplified things for those girls that aren't as tech-savvy. We had a couple questions at the beginning of the stay and SS was easy to get a hold of and quick to help. The home is also in a fantastic location - right near the beach and by a ton of cute restaurants and a couple bars (but far enough away you don't hear anything)

  Beautiful home, plenty of seating, plenty of spots to sleep. It isn't as close to the beach as I thought (about 3 blocks) and is sandwiched between the street (Avila Beach Dr) and a large parking lot. It was quiet enough for our enjoyment, though. The only stickler for us was that the listing said 4 bedrooms and that fourth bedroom is a far cry from a bedroom. If you flip through the pictures and re-read the description, it'll be clear, but the office/"4th bedroom" is literally a quarter of the size of the other three full, master suites. Bedroom four has enough room to lie down on the murphy bed and that's it; the fourth bathroom is a floor beneath it (on the main floor). So there are four rooms to sleep in and four bathrooms, but that fourth set is no where near the same experience. If you realize this before getting here, you'll save yourself some initial disappointment. Once we got over the shock of that and figured out sleeping arrangements, we still enjoyed our stay.

    The home does have four private bedrooms. As described in the listing, the fourth bedroom is an office with a murphy bed. The fourth bedroom/office is pictured in the description too. We work diligently to describe, picture and prepare our vacation rentals for complete satisfaction. In fact, we ask our guest to let us know within 24 hours if there is an issue with their property. In your case, we would have gladly moved you to another property. The home is no more than 2 blocks from the ocean front. To make the walk easy for families carrying beach goodies, there is a beach wagon, umbrella and chairs available. Prior to your arrival, we were accommodating for an early arrival, and had the high chair, booster seat and safety gates for the children.

  Our visit to 2915 Avila Beach Drive was a family vacation planned a few months in advance. Seven Sisters did an excellent job of giving us all the information we needed, handling the contract/payment issues in a timely, professional manner, and answering any questions we had from start to finish. The house is beautiful, located a short walk from the beach as well as Avila's shops and restaurants. Amenities in the house are superb, just as described, and Seven Sisters made sure that anything they had was made available to us.   This was our first experience renting a home with our 3 married children with their spouses and our 3 small grandchildren. The house is beautiful and in a perfect location! It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach, park and town of Avila Beach.
