Courtyard at Avila is a favorite among guests! Located in the heart of Avila Beach and steps to warm white sands. Courtyard at Avila showcases award winning architecture with lovely hillside views. Private patio area within gated courtyard. Just steps to restaurants, golf course, bike path, etc. All the benefits of beach life steps from your front door...surf boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, boating. Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The two-story condo is located on a private and quite end of the courtyard.

There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements. The main living area, bathroom and second bedroom are handicap accessible. Please reference the photos to determine suitability and ease of mobility.

The condo has three private sleeping rooms: The master suite(king bed) with ensuite bathroom; bedroom 2 (queen bed); living room has a queen sleeper sofa; and the loft area has a queen bed, 2 twins and 1 twin sleeper sofa. Total beds is 7. Sleeps 12 guests. 2 bathrooms downstairs. There is dining for 12 guests (dining table 6 + outdoor table 4 + bar stools 2). For additional inside dining there is a banquet table + folding chairs.

  This place is absolutely perfect. The location with a 1 minute walk to the beach is unrivaled. My kids loved that we could head down for time in the sand over and over again. The condo itself is also adorably decorated and very comfortable. I love the loft, which is huge. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was larger than I expected and well-stocked with necessities. I loved hanging out on the balcony in the back as well as the nice sitting area outside the front door. Overall, a gorgeous property and we will be back!

  2 families came here to enjoy a long weekend. The property was in walking distance to everything Avila beach has to offer. I loved going to the tasting rooms, especially Peleton and Avila Beach Wine Company and Roaster. Custom House stayed open late which was convenient. Being close to Pismo for ATV riding is not to be missed.
  
  The home had comfortable beds, pillows and sheets. Lots of space for all 9 of us to sleep. I liked that there were 2 full bathrooms as well.
  
  I filled out a fix it form about light bulbs out but nobody called me back. The lights over the breakfast nook didn't work so there was no place to sit in the morning that wouldn't make too much light upstairs. Also a lightbulb in an upstairs lamp didn't work which would have been helpful.
  
  I liked all the cooking items but would have liked more nonstick pans. It would have been nice to have some storage bags available too. Also, a few more chairs on the patio off the kitchen would have been helpful.
  
  I felt safe, clean and comfortable plus liked the location so would stay again.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The fixit ticket submitted indicated for "to fix after departure", which we did. Also, note there was nothing wrong with the pendant lights. Perhaps the correct wall switch was not used - near the refrigerator. The fixit tickets are very helpful for us. Thank you.

  We stayed here in July with 4 adults, two 2 year olds and a baby and it was very roomy. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very quiet even though the whole complex was booked.. The management was very accommodating and easy to work with. It was great to be 1/2 block to the beach with our little ones in tow. The only negative is the stairs to the lift are very narrow and winding so a little dangerous.

  The area was great. Nieghbors were a little loud but over all one of the best stays that we've had in Avila. The house was great. Upstairs needs a privacy screen for people to dress behind but everything turned out great for our family to stay here. Water was nice and hot to use for the shower and the bathrooms were very well cleaned and taken care of. One more thing, the trash bags supplied for the kitchen could be bigger. We had a hard time keeping the ones supplied from slipping into the trash can.

  This condo was perfect for my family. We loved the gated, common area where we felt comfortable BBQing. It is so close to the beach. We were right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. My children LOVED the loft area that belonged to them while we were there. The garage is clean and safe. Beach Happy is a perfect beach rental.   We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful place, great location, nice and professional staff! My only complaint would be it is a 2 story with stairs and we had a 1 year old with us and the way the stairs are built (they are not connected to the wall and are spiral) there was no way to place a baby gate or block the stairs, so he continually tried to climb the stairs and fell and hurt himself multiple times. This however would be no problem without a little one. We loved staying here otherwise.

  Spent 6 nights at this 2 bedroom plus loft. Had another couple with us for most of our stay. Had another couple with us most the time, and we both had plenty of space. Unit was very well equipped with kitchen, bathroom, and laundry necessities including laundry detergent, coffee filters, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner. We had inquired ahead about a DVD player in case of inclement weather. When we got there and it turned out the owner had traded out the previous TV with build-in DVD, the management company immediately put in a new DVD player. Being just around the corner from Front Street meant we frequently went out to experience the beach, restaurants, & shops.

  Our family had a reunion in Arroyo Grande. My siblings and I all have busy family lives but try to get together whenever our schedules allow. My brother and I opted to find a place that could accommodate ourselves, our spouses, and our ageing parents so that we could truly spend some quality time with each other. Our parents are now having difficulty with stairs, so this property was perfect. My parents really appreciated the reserved protected parking and elevator access.

  Perfect location along the beachfront of Avila Beach. Absolutely everything you need except for food. Be sure to shop for staples on the way there, but be sure to stop at the vegetable "stand" on the way into Avila for fresh local fare. This unit was comfortable for our family with visiting grandparents and we had a lovely time. Seven Sisters was not responsive for a couple days when the cable went out, but this only forced is to venture out to beautiful Heart Castle and San Luis Obispo. The complex was incredible quiet until some college guys can to visit, but otherwise, it was if we had our own little private beach hideaway. Thank you. Hope to return again!

  Our family of 6 met at Avila Beach while I was visiting from Colorado. Our home away was just that! Beautiful home, immaculate, and well decorated on a beach theme. Lots of linens and a fully stocked kitchen. We brought spices, oils and had breakfast and dinner at home! Easy -easy with a toddler. Got in Friday in time for the Farmers Market which was a real treat! The unit really was steps to the boardwalk, shoppes, and beach.

  We loved this place. Room for 3 couples, terrific well-stocked kitchen, a few minutes walk to any in-town restaurant. The local grocery store is a disappointment so you'll need a car to travel to Ralph's Grocery about 5 miles away. We will DEFINITELY stay here again. Try the Ocean Grille Restaurant as well, it is terrific.

  Condo was perfect for a family birthday reunion/vacation. Property was in a great location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Elevator was very convenient for taking luggage to and from condo. There were a few minor issues in the condo that needed to be addressed. Seemed a little pricey but probably comparable to the area. Overall was a great place to stay and would rent there again.
