Ideally located in the downtown district of Avila Beach, only one block from the sand and perfectly suited to enjoy the days and nights in Avila.

The bungalow has a kitchenette equipped with Keurig, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator.

There is 1 assigned parking space. There is an EV charger. Guest are welcome to enjoy the fire pits located in the common courtyard. Two beach cruisers and beach gear is available for guest use.     Very cute bungalow. It was quiet, clean, and provided what we needed for a quick get away. Faucet for the bathroom sink needs to be tightened.
