This property is beautiful and comfortable for our large family. It is conveniently located right across from the Pismo Beach Pier. We greatly appreciate the short walk to the beach and many great restaurants around the area. It has top of the line kitchen appliances which makes preparing meals easy. However, as stated in their house manual, this property doesn't provide any seasonings or cooking oil. It's inconvenient to have to travel with seasonings and wasteful (any leftover seasonings previously purchased by other guests are discarded). We stayed over new years and there's a bar right below the complex, it got really loud when it converted into a dance club at night. The noise level for other nights were tolerable. I would suggest bringing ear plugs if you're sensitive to noise at night.

The house was clean and 100 feet from the pier. We had a great time and will stay here again. You are in the middle of downtown so there is city noise at night but that is to be expected.
