This modern new home was built steps from the beach-front in Avila Beach. This luxury getaway allows you the comfort and privacy of your own home with 5 star hotel amenities. You will find out why Avila Beach is so special. Its south-sloping exposure, and microclimate of early-morning fog, warm sunny afternoons and cool evenings create the perfect setting for lush golf courses, beautiful hiking trails, nearby wineries, bird sanctuary, and sandy beaches. We are in the heart of Avila beach right across the street from the golf course, steps from the sand, trails, spa and wine tasting rooms.

This beautiful home has 3 floors with 3 large decks all have ocean views. The top deck has sweeping 360 degree view of white water, golf course, and the Avila hills. While sitting there enjoy your glass of wine, there is a gourmet BBQ, sink, fire pit, and glass panels to cover from wind. The second floor has a full bar, pool table, 75" LED TV and Italian leather sectional. The top floor has Lacantina folding doors that completely open from wall to wall to smell the ocean breezes. The gourmet kitchen has professional grade appliances including a Thermador 48" range with double ovens, large built in 42" fridge, Thermador microwave and dishwasher and beautiful quartzite counters. Dishware and full stocked kitchen for all your cooking gourmets needs. There are 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, all walk in showers beautifully covered with marble, a sculptural stand-alone soaking tub and all double sinks vanities. All the beds are temperpedic with fine linens and comfortably sleeps 16 people. In Bedroom 5 (street level) there is a private children sleep/play area with 2 bunk beds, TV with video game hook ups. There is putting green and other outdoor games for play in the front yard, and beach equipment such as beach wagon, toys and sand chairs (Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals has loaner beach towels).

Enhance your stay with the option to rent our golf cart! Pricing starts at $500 for a 3-night stay and $750 for 4 nights or more, with a refundable security deposit required. The owner will consider 1 dog, under 45 pounds, non-shedding. (Owner will not consider retrievers because of size and shedding). The non-refundable pet fee is $75/night, max $225 per stay.

We all loved the main and upper decks ! Cooking in the gorgeous , modern and spacious kitchen was a joy. we enjoyed board & card games all together each night after dinner. The house has everything you could ever want to take to the beach stored in the garage, along with a handy beach wagon. The walk was is short & easy. We all enjoyed live music on the Pier @ the Friday night Avila Farmer's Market- the nearby park, basketball courts and the Aquarium... we dined in Avila, downtown SLO and very happily at the house itself.   Wow, what a fantastic house for our family gathering. There was plenty of room for everyone (9 adults and 4 kids). The grandkids loved the pool table and putting green. It was easy to load up the chairs and beach toys in the cart and walk half block to the beach. We spent most of our time in the house even for meals since it was such a lovely home. Most evenings we would have a cocktail on the roof top patio after dinner by the fire pit. Our granddaughter didn't want to leave and ask to come back again. I'll definitely stay here again.

The kitchen was well stocked and organized (you will need to bring your own oil and spices). There are plenty of restaurants that are a short walk away. I loved waking up early and drinking my coffee on the balcony and going for early morning walks on the beach. We enjoyed the farmer’s market, a round of golf at the Avila Beach Resort Golf, and Whale Watching at Morro Bay. This is a perfect house and location for a relaxing vacation. Only thing that would keep us from returning is the noise levels in the early morning (before 7am) from the parking lot behind the house being cleaned and maintained. Was impossible to sleep past 7am. Things that could improve the experience, access to the wine vault or repair the wine fridge on the street level. Chalk for the pool cues please. AC installed so windows could be closed at night to help the noise issue in the morning.

Only down side is the fact that the house sits on a very busy street and all bedrooms are facing the road. The morning commuter traffic starts at around 6 am and was loud enough to wake up kids and adults. Also a list of the house inventory would be nice.

  The Avila Beach Jewel is located within walking distance to the beach. It was a great size for us- three families with young children. The downstairs floor had a bedroom with 4 beds in it. The middle floor had three bedrooms with a common area (T.V. and pool table). The top floor had the master bedroom with the kitchen and living area that opened up onto the balcony. Although the we had a great time here, there were areas that could be improved upon such as improving the quality of the cooking supplies (pot/pans/etc), problematic doors, some of the cabinetry in disrepair, etc.

Seven Sisters was nice to work with but they did not get information to us in a timely manner. On the day of arrival I still didn’t have check in info and when it was given it was the wrong code. Got to the house and could not get in. Strict rules about entering home I would expect to be able to enter on time. All in all a great weekend.   I don't know where to begin!! Location is fabulous, home is gorgeous and perfect for a large group, Terri Hicks and her staff were very helpful from start to finish!! I was in charge of finding a house for twelve childhood friends who have been "gathering" in various locations on the West Coast each year for the last 24 years - just a "bit" of pressure finding the "perfect" house for our long weekend!! Well.....Avila Beach Jewel checked all of the boxes - we loved the large open spaces, rooftop deck, huge kitchen, "top end" finishes and.......the number of bathrooms!! I wish I was in charge of organizing our next trip together - I would suggest coming back to this amazing home!!

  This place is OVER the TOP! We housed a group of 4 couples for 5 nights. They had such a wonderful time staying in this home. They walked to the beach each morning - spent time in the little coffee shop called Krakens. Every night the ladies sat by the roof top fire and the guys watched ballgames on the big screen tv! There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and amazing spaces to gather. I believe we found the perfect home to house our tour groups.

  This awesome house in Avila Beach was the perfect place for a multi-generational family trip. There was plenty of room for everyone, and thanks to its' multi-level layout, everyone could be together OR people could spread out (and not disturb anyone else). It worked for my 8 year old son, on up to my 77 year old Father and 12 other family members in between. Absolutely no complaints!!!

  We made the booking very last minute and Terri was extremely accommodating and communicative with the whole booking and check in process. This was especially impressive given the fact that she was on vacation, in a remote park in Canada at the time! It speaks volumes that the owner of this company cares that much about its clientele that she will take time out of personal vacation to handle logistics etc.. the rest of her staff at the office were also great and very easy to work with - always pleasant, always accommodating. They provide beach towels which was also a great help for our large group. The house itself was amazing as it housed our entire group of 20 with ease. The top floor with the big kitchen and huge kitchen island made cooking truly an enjoyable event every evening when we came home from the beach. There were different zones for the kids to play and for the adults to mingle, including a great roof deck which had views, comfortable seating and a robust outdoor grill setup. We would not hesitate to come back to this house. It not only saved our vacation (we had canceled a Yosemite trip last minute due to fires), but it really made for a truly memorable experience that the entire group has cherished. Big thanks to Terri and staff....we will definitely put this house as a yearly contender when we take these annual trips.

  A great place for a Family Reunion. We were all locals and there was plenty of room in the "Blue" house for all 15 of us. We all had a wonderful time. Out of state relatives were in the house next door which made it very convenient. The property is well kept and convenient to the boardwalk and shops in Avila. Terri and her staff were courteous and responsive to any requests and questions.

  Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at the Avila Beach Jewel. We loved the house! And the Seven Sisters property management team was very responsive during our stay. Minor recommendations (and understand the house is new), it could use some additional dish towels, serving utensils/plates for 17, and additional pots and pans. No complaints, we had a great time. The property is 2 blocks from the beach and from the main street in Avila - perfect location! Construction of neighboring houses is taking place but sound was minimal and construction personnel were professional and courteous. Thank you for a wonderful birthday weekend!

  This home was a beautiful spacious home for a coastal vacation. Very close walk to park, aquarium, tide pools, and Avila beach. The house is modern and very comfortable. Nice large garage and plenty of parking. The house was very clean! The kitchen is absolutely beautiful very modern appliances and spacious, although is not stocked well for cooking for a large groups, For us that was 12. There were minimal pots, pans, and bakeware and no spices at all. Make sure to bring what you need. This was our only disappointment everything else was amazing.

  After a double booking nightmare at another property this was a God send of a place. It couldn’t have been better. The house is high end, so spacious, quality everything, beautiful outdoor patio spaces, location is so close to the beach. It’s an easy walk to the beach only crossing one small street. The Seven Sisters company is amazing to work with, so prompt and helpful. They were easy to get a hold of and wanted to insure our stay was perfect. Only thing is we wish there was an outdoor table/ eating area. We look forward to staying here again!!

  The house is gorgeous and new and has plenty of space for a large family. I think we are one of the first families to stay in this home because it is so new. The location was close to town which made it fun to walk back and forth to the beach. Because the house is so new there were some comforts of a rental that were missing. There are no table and chairs to eat outside and no coffee/side table to set drinks/food on outside. The stairs are beautiful, but there is no railing going down to the lower level which made it dangerous, especially for kids. There were plenty of cooking utensils, but there was only a very old coffee maker and no toaster (a very old toaster oven was provided). The stove and oven was wonderful to cook on though. In saying all of this, for the price of the rental, the amenities should match the beautiful house and be upgraded for comfort. There were no dressers in any of the bedrooms so, we had to keep our clothes in our bags for 7 days which was hard. Also, there are no directions on how to use the stereo system/tv,speakers,etc. There should be a binder with information for the renters on how to use everything in the house. We have stayed at many vacation rentals here on the coast and in Avila. And these are the things that make a comfortable stay especially for this price. Also, the bocce ball court is slanted so we could not play on it, and there was no ping pong table as listed. The beds are listed as tempurpedic, but there were only foam tempurpedic like pieces set on top with cheap comforters. The sheets in the master bedroom looked slept in and dirty so we had to re-wash them. This would be the perfect house if these things are addressed. Seven Sisters management team were wonderful! They were easy to work and available at all times. We will definitely use seven sisters again for our stay in Avila/the coast. Hopefully this review will help the owner of this house to make it worth the price.

    We appreciate your candid feedback. The owners are proud of their Avila Beach Jewel and do want all their guests to enjoy their home. Since receiving your comments the owners have replaced the coffee maker, toaster, added outdoor furniture (including a dining table with 6 chairs, side tables for the couches), dressers and/or closet storage for clothes storage. Bocche ball has been replaced with badminton and corn hole toss. Documentation on how to operate the TVs and stereos is now present, and additional troubleshooting tips added. The Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals enjoyed working with your family during the reservation process and visiting while in Avila Beach. We welcome you back anytime ... see you at the beach soon!
