Take a BEACH BREAK at this unique property in the heart of historic Pismo Beach. Located just steps from Pismo Beach’s best surfing breaks, warm white sands, and award winning restaurants and wineries. Our condo is also conveniently located near the famous Pismo Pier and surrounding specialty shops. Visitors can experience all the benefits of beach life just a few steps from their front door.

Upon entering our three-story condo, you are instantly drawn to the living room balcony with oversized sliding doors that let the gentle ocean breeze cool the spacious living areas. From the kitchen area you are able to see the Pismo Pier and historic downtown area. The condo features dark hardwood flooring, terra cotta pavers, granite counters, and high-end finishes throughout. The vertical nature of the condo allows for ocean, mountain and city views from several living areas and the rooftop deck.

The casita, located at ground level, is a separate sleeping suite with mini-kitchenette. Discrete access to the casita provides additional privacy for guests desiring detached solitude. The casita suite has a queen bed fitted with fluffy crisp white linens, small refrigerator, microwave, and full bathroom outfitted with toiletries. Up the flight of stairs, upon exiting the casita, is the main living areas; also with separate keyed access.

The living room, dining and kitchen areas are located on the first floor. Guests move from each living area to the next with ease with the condo’s open floor plan. The owner's selection of upscale furnishings and linens are in a soothing cream and sea glass color palette. The kitchen has gourmet grade appliances, quartz counter tops, and is well stocked with cooking utensils and serving dishes. The kitchen table seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

Your suite awaits you after a day at the beach, or wine tasting at nearby wineries. The master suite and third bedroom are located on the second floor, both of which are outfitted with crisp white sheets, fluffy pillows and fine toiletries. Adjacent to the third bedroom is a full bathroom, equipped with a tub/shower combination, and a full size laundry facility.

The third level is the condo’s grandest living space yet - rooftop living area with 360 panoramic view of nearby mountains and oceanfront. Whip up your coastal cuisine on the natural gas BBQ center, or pull up a comfy chair at the dining table, which has seating for six. In need of an afternoon nap? Take up your space on the outdoor sofa for a nap under the warm Pismo Beach sun.

This condo is not handicap compliant. The condo is three stories, and stairs should be considered if traveling with a guest with limited mobility or small children. No parties greater than 6 guests without prior disclosure and consent. The secured garage offers parking for 2 automobiles. Pets are prohibited. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside or outside the condo.

  One of the nicest places I have stayed. Everything was so very well organized and very clean. Towels and sheets were so soft my friends took pictures of the labels. So well equipped with kitchen items, bath and beach wagon, chairs, towels and toys. No clutter and I like that the refrigerator was empty with no yucky leftovers from previous guests.

  Had a great time. Great location. Great communication. Was able to check in early. that was a plus since we were traveling from out of town. Beds were OK to sleep on. Lots of stairs, but it didnt get in the way too much. My only complaint was the water pressure and temperature. Of the 3 showers, the upstairs guestroom shower had the best pressure and was the only one to really get hot enough to shower in. Other then that, great experience. Thank you for letting us stay there! Will definitely come back again!

  Three girlfriends rented this delightful condo with an ocean view from the rooftop patio and walking distance from all Pismo has to offer. The condo was spotless, with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of space to enjoy after a day out and three well appointed and private bedrooms. We enjoyed easy drives to hike in Montana Del Oro State Park, and visit Avila Beach and Morro Bay.
  The management company provided all needed information for self-check in/check out, and easy communication made our stay an outstanding experience.
  We’ll definitely return with more friends and rent two side by side condos in the fall.

  Enjoyed a very nice stay during the pandemic. Seemed much safer than staying at a hotel. This condo is in a very convenient location at Pismo which allows you to walk to everything in downtown Pismo. Was a little cold to utilize the great rooftop...a firepit or heater would be an excellent touch. The ‘casita’ was the perfect solution allowing grandma to literally have her own sleeping quarters. Their directions stated to bring paper plates and utensils, but the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need.

  We had a wonderful stay in the gorgeous property - It must be the property with the most beautiful amenities and furniture I have stayed in a long time. The house was immaculate CLEAN. 2 things I would look into is getting high chairs and high tables on the rooftop - the rooftop is the main attraction because you can see the ocean from there BUT only if you stand because if you sit on the chairs you can’t see it - I was jealous of our neigbours that had high chairs and could sit and chat and see the ocean. Because you can’t see the ocean from inside the house this is really something to think about so that you can get ultimate viewing from the rooftop. I would also would have loved a heater on the rooftop like our neighbours. we had a wonderful stay (with a lot of stairs) and I would definately Come back to this house if I know I can see the ocean on high chairs on the rooftop. This is the only reason why I give a rating of 4 - with high chairs on the rooftop - a definately 5!!! I need to see the ocean while sitting also.

  We loved our time at Beach Break. The home is in a great location- quick walk to the beach, to restaurants, and easy highway access. The home is cozy and very clean throughout. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The only downside for us is that the casita is completely separate from the rest of the living space and a bit dark, so for our family of 5, it wasn't ideal. But would work well if two couples/families were sharing the home. The absolute best is the rooftop deck, which we enjoyed for morning coffee as well as sunset dinners, and times in between. We highly recommend!

  We had a wonderful stay at Beach Break. This home is beautifully decorated and in immaculate condition. It looks just like the photos and the description provided by Seven Sisters is accurate. We especially enjoyed spending time on the roof top patio, which is well equipped. In fact the entire house is well equipped and will exceed the needs of six guests. In particular, the kitchen has it all; just bring your favorite foods and spices and you will find the tools to prepare it.
  Seven Sisters is very professional and easy to work with thanks to their phone app and email communication. They are very committed to providing the guest with a quality product. The house has an nice manual that helps use all its features. The home is in easy walking distance to the pier, Splash Cafe, Old West Cinnamon Rolls and many of the shops.
  The one tip I would give--turn on the lights when going up and down stairs. We had one slip on the bottom step, which blends in with the floor.
  I would definitely recommend this home to friends looking for a beach break in Pismo.

  We had a mini Cal Poly reunion at the Stimson complex and I would recommend this location to anyone looking to enjoy a weekend back in SLO county. The house itself looked brand new with very modern furnishings and there were numerous accommodations to provide additional perks to the stay. Seven Sisters did a fantastic job being available and was easy to accommodate an early check-in time. Above all else, having the rooftop BBQ and patio area was the favorite part of this place. Overall, I couldn’t ask for much more in a rental property and will gladly look forward to future trips to Pismo Beach courtesy of Seven Sisters.
